Nice setting & friendly service. The salad was fresh & tasty, but the sushi was very average. The salmon tartare had a strong fishy taste, which was a bit disappointing. There was not a lot of fish in some pieces. Overall, it was okay, but I don't think I'd go back.Voir plus
Great sushis. I have went 4/5 times, out of those times only one time was a bit inconsistent in terms of the food. Went recently to pick up an order & it was really delicious. Sushis that are unique & beautifully presented. The nantucket, lisabel & asian twist are very good! The salmon sashimi last time were very fresh too! 🐟🍣Voir plus
Beautiful quaint little fusion Japanese restaurant in Montreal near water. Stopped in during a layover. Definitely recommended oh btw the chocolate is the best I've ever had. Thx 🙏🏾 so muchVoir plus

Fresh, delicious sushi. Lots of attention to detail. My son really loved the chocolate cake in a jar!Voir plus
If you're a sushi lover looking for fresh, high-quality ingredients, Avocado Sushi. This cozy local spot delivers an unforgettable sushi experience, particularly due to its dedication to freshness & premium ingredients.
The highlight of my visit was the avocado tartare. Creamy, smooth & paired with perfectly seasoned fish creates a delightful balance of flavours & textures. It's served with a delicate touch, blending rich & fresh flavours that are hard to beat.
The restaurant's atmosphere is welcoming, with a friendly staff that makes the experience feel even more personal. Supporting local is the way to go, our neighbourhood favourite.Voir plus
Service was decent.
However the sushi wasn't the freshest & it lacked flavour & it was over expensive for the quality.
the atmosphere coming from the kitchen was dull. Like absolutely no communication between the chefs or any interaction with the bar sitting customers.
Won't be going here anymoreVoir plus
C'était une expérience époustouflante, une explosion de saveur! Du jamais vu, une présentation exceptionnelle & tellement savoureux! J'ai même mentionné à la chef propriétaire que c'était le meilleur repas de ma vie!Voir plus
I've been coming to this cozy little sushi spot for special occasions since it's close to home, & I used to really like it-until my visit last night.
First, the room was uncomfortably hot. I usually feel cold, but even for me, it was overwhelming hot.
Then came the wine service. I ordered a $16 glass, & while they brought the bottle for me to taste, the waiter never showed me the label. After I approved it, he took my glass & the bottle to the kitchen, saying he had to pour it using a measuring glass. When the wine came back, it tasted noticeably different-stronger & less smooth. When I asked why they don't pour in front of customers, the owner jumped in defensively, insisting that's just how they do it.
She later brought the bottle back & tried to pour me another glass, but I had already ordered something else. Instead of handling it professionally, she walked away looking annoyed without saying a word. While the rest of the staff was kind & tried to smooth things over, the owner's attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful.
As for the food, I generally like their house maki, but I find snow crab makes the sushi feel too heavy with its creamy texture. Also, based on past visits, the fish isn't always the freshest.
At $90 per person, I expected better service & attention to detail. Thankfully, the staff worked hard to fix the issue, so I left with an "almost okay" experience.Voir plus
Love this spot! The sushi is fresh & well prepared, with lots of options. The bowls are such a good deal & come with so much food. The drinks are good too & there are good wine options. Service is always good & interior is very cozy. Recommend reserving before as the seating is limited & it books fast!Voir plus
First time at this restaurant - we absolutely loved everything about it!!! The fish is so fresh, the food was amazing, & the service was impeccable, everyone was so welcoming & kind. We can't wait to come back!!Voir plus
Small yet homey restaurant. I took the lunch combo of 12 pieces($34). 3 nigiri & 9 maki. It was filling with the Asian salad that's included with it. My favorite was the scallop maki. It was very tasty! The rest were good. I wish we had the option to order from their reguar menu as well, but we were told it was only from the lunch menu that we could pick our food. Too bad I wanted to try their tempura & other rolls.Voir plus
It was an absolute perfect experience. Our server helped us to live the experience. Every bite was an explosion of joy in our mouth. I trust this restaurant 100%! They surely know how to take care of their customers. Thank youVoir plus
Everything about this restaurant is amazing! The lighting, music, sound (look up they have installed sound boards so you can hear what the person in front of you is saying!) the wood tables & service! & of course the food is delicious!! Unique sushi you will not find anywhere else!! The waitress was very friendly & knowledgable, & did not let us order more than we needed!! 10 out of 5 stars!Voir plus
When entering the restaurant, we were greeted with a strange odor. Despite ordering different maki rolls, tartare & rice paper rolls, it all tasted the same & bland. Finally, the sushi rice was mushy & overcooked.Voir plus
