Les viennoiseries sont excellentes, mais ça fait 3 fois qu'ils se trompent dans ma commande. À mon avis, leur système de préparation de commande pose problème. C'est une personne qui prend votre commande & une ou deux autres qui la prépare. Donc une fois sur deux, même si on vous confirme que tout est sensé être là, à moins de vérifier en ouvrant chaque sac & chaque boîte, vous vous retrouvez avec une chose en moins ou la mauvaise viennoiserie.
The croissants are the best we've ever had. The texture & buttery flavor...& overall experience is just excellent. Its a must stop for us when we're in Montreal.
This place used to be great. But lately, the pastries are cooked too much & sometimes seemed a bit burnt. The customer service is terrible. I order online ahead of time & there's been so many issues with errors, missing items. The attitude of some staff members is despicable. Rude & unprofessional on numerous occasions. I stopped going & found a better place.
I brought to the baristas attention that the hot chocolate was barely warm, & they offered to add hot water to it. Such a low standard service solution for a bakery with such high quality bread. In addition to that, they aren't at all enthused when you ask about their bread selection

I bought their sourdough Bâtard & I enjoyed every bite of it: its crust has 3 different colors & each of them provide distinct flavors; its crumb shows many different sizes of beautiful oval holes that is pretty good sign of long fermentation. This Bâtard hit the all the marks!!

Loin de chez moi, mais de temps en temps, j’y passe, car de vraiment bons produits. Cependant, l’expérience à la clientèle= vraiment mauvaise. Aucun sourire, pas de chaleur, aucun intérêt, regard qui te fait sentir presque mal. Je laisse plusieurs chances à un commerce, mais là, ça me donne plus du tout envie d’y aller.

I used to test a lot of croissant/chocolatines out there & I have to say theirs are divine. Buttery, perfect size & texture. The baguette is also super good, very crispy & flavourful.
The sweets were very good & the flavours unusual. For instance the custard & blueberry tart had a nice buckwheat shell. The lattés are simple but tasty with a distinctive coffee flavour.
It's unfortunate that toilets aren't available to customers post-covid because there aren't any public toilets nearby. I've come to avoid eating on-site to prevent toilet emergencies...
