Les pains & viennoiseries sont excellents, c'est d'ailleurs pour ça que j'y retourne régulièrement, mais le service est CATASTROPHIQUE! Les employés sont très agréable, mais l'organisation à la caisse ne marche pas du tout. Depuis que j'habite dans le quartier, soit plus de 8 mois, il n'y a pas une seule fois où j'ai attendu moins de 20 minutes pour etre servi.
Il faut sérieusement revoir l'organisation.
Il y a presque autant d'employés a la caisse que de client & c'est inefficace étant donné le temps nécessaire pour se faire servir UN croissant.
Le premier employé dit bonjour, le deuxième demande comment ça va, le troisième prend la commande, le quatrième fait l'encaissement, le cinquième prépare la commande, le sixième nous la donne. & si on demande un café, une septième personne entre dans l'équation pour le préparer....
Vous pourriez être deux fois plus efficace avec moitié moins de monde & une meilleure organisation

Délicieux roulé à la cardamome. J'ai aussi goûté au chai, très bon, & la viennoiserie pacanes-érable si vous avez la dent sucrée. Pas de salle de bain à la disposition du public, ni de places où s'asseoir à l'intérieur. Cependant, on peut y déguster nos achats sur une mignonne terrasse. Merci!

Les sandwichs y sont délicieux, aussi.
J'ai pris à ma dernière visite celui déjeuner & celui au boeuf braisé coriandre (☆☆☆☆☆). J'avouerai que ce dernier était vraiment follement bon!
