Je trouve le menu très 2010, peu de choix végé &/ou léger. Je comprends que la réputation s'est développé avec le concept de la bonne nourriture du terroir grasse & riche... malheureusement hier ça ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais envie de manger. Si jamais j'ai le goût de ce type de nourriture je saurai où aller. Aussi question service il y a eu quelque confusion entre les membres du personnel... ça manquait de précision. Finalement on nous a demandé de quitter parce que notre table était réservé, je n'avais pas vu la note lors de la confirmation de la réservation. Ça s'est terminé abruptement donc sur une mauvaise note.
Cuisses de pintade excellent! Perfect with the wine- dm. Collier Saumur Rouge. Sommelier was wonderful as was server. Maya is a great presence at the bar. Love the products & the people!!!

My fiancee & I went here for our couple's anniversary. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Service was warm & efficient, food & drinks were great & the vibe was perfect.
We were welcome right away as we sat down. It didn't take long for the waiter to come over to take our orders. I had the special cocktail which was some kind of old fashioned with foie gras & it was great. The appetizers we picked were out of this world. We had the oysters & the foie gras nigiri. For the main dishes, we chose the Mapo Tofu & the Cassoulet. It was pretty good, however not amazing. & also they should've maybe picked another name for the Mapo Tofu because it wasn't much of a mapo tofu. Nonetheless, it was still tasty. We finished off with a strawberry pie for dessert which was also delicious!
The service was top class. I believe our waiter's name was Nicolas & he came over to our table very often to make sure that everything was okay. At some point it was almost like he was reading our minds, helping us before we even had to ask. The rest of the team was also exceptional. One nice little touch that we really appreciated was that they asked if we prefered to be served in French or in English.
Overall a remarkable experience. I would definitely come back again to try other items in the menu!
an exceptional dining experience on all levels. I made the reservation a couple of months ago - i had colleagues travel in from out of country. I requested our preferred spot (in front of the wall of wine) & we got the spot we requested. The PDC team went above & beyond to make sure the group had a wonderful experience - & this has become an annual experience for our group. I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team for showing us an amazing dining experience. we will be returning next year. thank you again.

There are no words to describe how good everything was. The food & service stand out as beyond excellent. Don't ever take the pork chop off the menu!! Great wine list as well. Bravo!!
Les plats & le service étaient excellents! Tous les plats étaient un coup de coeur.
Juste une étoile en moins pour l'ambiance parce qu'on était côté couloir avec beaucoup de passage.

My favorite dish was the sea urchin pasta appetizer, a delicious creamy flavorful masterpiece. The first entre, fresh trout was cooked to perfection with a flavorful sauce & was a very generous portion. The second entre, was a spicy sausage & tofu with pappardelle...divine! It was also the same spot that Anthony Bourdain sat in when he visited, which was an added bonus. The wait staff was excellent, knowledgeable, & provided amazing recommendations over their exquisite menu. I'll never forget this night!View more

We ordered 4 dishes, they were all very good apart from the porc dish. The dish was disappointing because the porc didn't taste very much & there was A LOT of fat, nearly hald the dish was unedible (& it was 45$). Service was very good. I would definitely come again for all the foie gras dishes but wouldn't order the porc.View more
