Very good brunch. The Jack Johnson pancakes are top notch. The "scramble" is just okay - I wouldn't order again. However the food quality is very high & I would definitely return & try other items. Btw they told us it'd be a 30 min wait but it was only 10. They take your number & text you & give you 10 mins to appear. There are 2 cafes across the street where you can grab a coffee & wait.

I discovered the best chicken sandwich (McArthur) here! If you have a sweet tooth, their pancakes are a must-try, & they even offer kid-sized portions. Eggplant lovers shouldn't miss their Shakshuka. Highly recommend this spot for brunch. The only downside is the wait time, so be prepared.

Always delicious! One of my favourite places for breakfast/brunch when I'm in Montreal.

Pretty generous portions & amazing food. I come here 2-3 times a year for brunch & the food is always awesome. On my last visit I ordered grand slam & it didn't disappoint, the hot sauce was pretty tasty, different than any other hot sauces I've ever had, it's hot but not making you cry/getting runny nose. I also recommend Syrniki & Moroccan toast.

Came for brunch with some friends today & I have to say that despite the food being exceptional, I can't recommend this place for brunch. The waitress rushed us to order, kept interrupting our conversation, & rushed us to ask for our checks & leave. While the food is definitely worth the long wait, Arthur's is not the place to go if you want to enjoy your food for longer than 1 hour.

An absolute gem of a place to enjoy your brunch!! The food is delicious, I tried the Latke Smorgasbord & the famous Syrniki. The smorgasbord was a perfect blend of Jewish cuisine with eggs, salmon & the challah bread! Loved the famous syrniki pancake for its fluffy & flavourful texture. I'll be revisiting for sure!

Arthur's Nosh Bar - A Brunch Delight in Montreal!** Arthur's Nosh Bar in Montreal is a gem for brunch lovers! Nestled in the vibrant Saint-Henri neighborhood, this place offers a unique twist on Jewish deli classics. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, with a bright & cheerful interior adorned with family photos & charming decor. The menu is a delightful mix of traditional & creative dishes. I highly recommend the latke smorgasbord & the challah grilled cheese-both are absolutely delicious. The blueberry syrniki pancakes were fluffy & perfectly sweet, making for a fantastic start to the day. Service was friendly & attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite the long wait times during peak hours, the food & ambiance make it worth the wait. Special shoutout to the staff for their warm hospitality! An excellent brunch place in a lovely Montreal neighbourhood. As we went early in the morning, we didn't wait at all. The interior is very funky & cute. My husband loved the salami dish. The salmon bagel was delicious. However, the service was a bit awkward. If you're a coffee fanatic, be aware this place only has drip coffee.

This is another tourist draw with a lot of social media hype. There's a long wait time (over an hour, in our case for a late brunch/early lunch). We went there to try the highly recommended cottage cheese pancakes; we tried both the plain ones & the ones with bananas. Both were pretty disappointing, considering the price & the wait time. Overall, this is a pretty average spot with very good social media marketing & hype to draw tourists.

Massively hyped, & massively underdelivered. Heard a lot of good things, so gave it a go, & my, was this a disappointment. I don't care how your brunch place operates, but you NEVER charge $4.75 for coffee, that's obscene. It's regular, filter coffee, nearly 5$ is an outrage. Ordered the smorgasbord, so let's go around the plate: Gravlax: Pretty good, nice & salty, tender, quite good. Saying the meal comes with caviar & when giving a teaspoon of it is odd though, make it a garnish, but don't advertise it. Best part o the plated. Pressed Chalalh roll: Not sure how it was pressed, fried in a bit of butter, good, but a basic challah roll. Latke: Way too think & as a result the inside was super dry. Would have MUCH preferred the same amount of potato as two thinner latkes that would have had greated consistency. The outside was nice & crispy, but this was a potato puck. Mentioning the sour cream & the apple sauce was a selling point. Providing 0.5-1 tsp of each is stupid, make it an unnamed granish. Israeli salad: This is NOT an Israeli salad. It is cucumber, white onion & dill. A true Israeli salad rarely has dill, has olive oil, salt, pepper, & especially TOMATO. That's so key. Also, usually scallions instead of white onion. Call it a side salad, call it a cucumber salad, but this is NOT an Israeli salad. Scrambled eggs were good. No complaints there. Luckily, I had some of my sister's cottage cheese pancakes & those were quite tasty. Would have those again if I ever had to go back. Two mains, 2 coffee's, tax & tip, $62. Would be okay with that price if the quality was there, but the quality was not there. Trendy should also have an element of good. This was sub-par.

A MUST for breakfast/brunch/lunch when in Montreal. Regardless of which dish you get (they're all amazing), an order of syrniki is always required for the table to share!
