Marches dangereuses. Bel endroit, Très bonnes entrées, de loin meilleur pâté chinois. Bon dessert. service manque un peu de chaleur. Ça vaut le détour de Montréal.

We googled best restaurants in Sherbrooke, Quebec & were intrigued by the horse cheek Shepherd's Pie (shepherd's pie being my partner's favorite dish). Came in late night with no real expectations & we were honestly blown away with the ambience, service & food.

In the uber ride over, our driver said he dropped three separate groups at that restaurant the same night, so we knew we were going somewhere great.

We opted to sit at the bar since we knew the kitchen/restaurant were getting ready to start shutting down. The bartender/our server - Corinne, was warm, extremely knowledgeable, had amazing recommendations & explained every dish with remarkable detail.

We had the bison carpaccio & duck tartare to start, then the shepherd's pie & duck breast as our mains & the sea buckthorn tarte for dessert. To drink, I had an espresso martini & my partner was extremely pleased with the corn on the cob cocktail (sounds wild but so so so good!). We both had the Pinot noir with dinner, as per Corinne's recommendations & it went so well with our meals.

The restaurant is in what appears to be an old textile factory, & they pay homage to that with the cellar-esque vibe, sewing machine decor, & stylish aprons & mixed glassware.

We thought we'd have an interesting late night meal & ended up having one of the best meals we've ever had with amazing service & the coolest vibe.

10/10 would recommend! *chef's kiss*

We had dinner at AntiDote FoodLab & wow, it was amazing. We started with the Squash & the Antidote Caesar, then had the Shepherd's Pie & the Beef. Everything was just really well done, super flavorful.

I had a gin & tonic & their Cocktail of the Moment, both were so good. For dessert, we shared the Carrot Cake & Black Forest Tart, then finished with a latté. No notes.

Our server Fred was great, knew his stuff, & everyone there made us feel really looked after.

In a city full of options, Antidote stands out as the remedy for the common restaurant.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la cuisine & du service. L'originalités des cocktails, des entrées, des plats & des desserts sont forts intéressants & succulents. La salade César est hors de l'ordinaire, la soupe Parmentier est très bonne, l'assiette de boeuf & le saumon sont divinement bien apprêté, les desserts crèmes glacées pop corn & le gâteau de carotte sont très originales. Bravo au chef Luc Vaillancourt & sa brigade & à notre serveuse. 😊 Je recommande le cocktail du moment à la cerise. 🍒

Bravos à tous & longue vie à Antidote Foodlab.

Quel délice que ce restaurant ! Ambiance, plat, service tout y est ! On se délecte jusqu'à la dernière bouchée. Tartare , boeuf & dessert Reese chocolaté.

Quelques visites déjà dans leur établissement, une des meilleures expérience culinaire. La nourriture est plus qu'excellente, l'ambiance est géniale & le service est à la hauteur des attentes. Le personnel connait très bien le menu & nous somme capable d'avoir de très bonnes description des plats, & des conseils pour les accompagnements. Les plats offrent une belle variété de saveur, & les drinks sont très bons. J'aimerais toute fois qu'une mise à jour des desserts soit faite. Ils sont bon, mais manquent d'un petit quelque chose. Des saveur fruités peut-être? Excellent service, je recommande.

Toujours aussi incroyable ! C'est la 4ème fois que j'amène des amis, collègues & relations d'affaires ici & ils sont toujours aussi agréablement surpris par la qualité exceptionnel des plats & du service. Il n'y a de la recherche & de l'originalité un peu partout chez Antidot Foodlab, du coktail au dessert. C'est fabuleux. Ce n'est certainement pas la dernière fois que je fais ce bon choix. & pour en rajouter un peu, si c'est nécessaire, la réservation est simple, efficace, modifiable.

I absolutely love this restaurant. This is my second time coming to Sherbrooke for work & I made it a priority to come back here for dinner with a coworker. Had a wonderful experience again with delicious meals & refreshing drinks. This is a fancy place & a lot of effort goes into everything they do so it's not cheap to eat here but the cost of the dining experience is more than fair. This time I split the sushi tartare, had the duck for dinner & the Miso ice cream for dessert. My coworker had the smoked fish & the popcorn ice cream & in his words "this is only the second time I've congratulated the chef on what he made!" He is gluten free & is doing dry January & they had options across the board for his dietary restriction. Only complaint was that after ordering drinks initially it took a while for them to show up, but afterwards everything came out quickly, they ended up comping the first rounds of drinks as an apology. Spent 200CAD for two people, worth every dollar.

An amazing experience. This restaurant rivals the best from Montreal - not a surprise it has the highest rating compared to others in Sherbrooke. The Fois Gras was incredible. The best duck I've ever had. Others at the table had the steak & the trout & were equally impressed. We had the carrot cake & the crackerjack for dessert. If you're there for a birthday celebration, be sure to tell them so you get a special experience with your dessert. Thankful our daughter is at U of Sherbrooke - we can't wait to visit her again so that we can go to this restaurant.

Quelle expérience culinaire incroyable. Le service est attentionné de la part de tous les employés. J'ai été servi par Xavier, un vrai passionné. Un menu simple (comme je les aime). 5 choix entrée & 5 choix de plats principaux. En entrée, j'ai opté pour la soupe aux betteraves jaunes & la salade César revisité. Un pur délice! Les ingrédients sont frais, il y a de la recherche dans la saveur des plats. En plat principal le boeuf avec une sauce divine & en dessert une crème glacée entouré de pop-corn. Tout était savoureux. Si vous êtes à Sherbrooke ou dans les environs, ça vaut le détour.
