Nous avons visité le restaurant l'Empreinte pour une soirée à deux couples. C'était une première expérience à ce restaurant pour tous. Nous avons choisi le menu 5 services & le pairage de vin. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des plats & le service. Merci pour la belle soirée.

Tout simplement : WOW!!! La créativité du Chef est à son meilleur avec son menu de juin! Coups de coeur particuliers ce mois-ci : la salade follement déconstruire par Benoît, la joue de morue exquise aux têtes de violon, le brisket tout simplement divin (le meilleur de ma vie!). Mais le canard & le foie gras étaient aussi sublimes... Il ne faut pas rater l'expérience de juin, car le menu change chaque mois!

Mauvais service, accueil froid.

Aide cuisinier habillé comme la chienne à Jacques & les plats sont fait à l'avance & traine sur le comptoir on ne sait combien de temps.

Nous ne recommandons pas ce restaurant pour une expérience gastronomique. Nous avions l'idée de l'Empreinte en tête d'il y a quelques années. Nous sommes sortis de notre expérience 5 services (300$ plus tard) extrêmement déçus. Le restaurant est pratiquement vide de client (4 couples seulement dans la soirée). Il n'y a aucun plat qui est cuisiné frais, tout est préparé à l'avance & réchauffé. Les plats peuvent attendre sur le comptoir parfois 30 minutes avant d'être servis. Le vin n'est pas servi à la bonne température.

Les plats étaient fades, sans surprise, très simplistes. Honnêtement nous aurions pu faire mieux à la maison....

Le chef, le serveur & le sommelier est la même personne....

Wow! Lovely dining experience as a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day. From the moment we walked in until we left, it was pure perfection. Visually stunning dishes & my tastebuds were dancing all night long. We will be back again & again! xoxo
