Paul retourne au Canada en 2017, où il rejoint l’équipe du restaurant Agrikol à titre de chef cuisinier. Restaurant chouchou tant des Montréalais que des célébrités internationales, Agrikol rend hommage à la gastronomie d’Haïti et à sa culture foisonnante. Poursuivant sa mission de faire découvrir les joyaux gourmands de sa terre d’origine, le chef Paul se joint au nouveau Time Out Market de Montréal en novembre 2019, aux côtés des plus grands chefs en ville.
Les avis sur Americas BBQ se concentrent sur une viande de qualité, avec le picanha et la côte de boeuf souvent décrites comme parfaitement cuites et savoureuses, accompagnées d'une sauce appréciée, mais les portions apparaissent parfois faibles et les prix parfois trop élevés pour un service rapide. The steak & salad were great. Price was too high for a fast food service. Not a huge fan of fries & wish there would have been another option. The tres leche cake was not good at all. It didn't even taste what it's suppose to taste like & it didn't come with fruit.
The steaks here are amazing. The staff is very polite & kind, & I honestly have to say, you must try the steaks here - it's a must! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Les steaks ici sont excellents. Le personnel est très poli & gentil. Franchement, vous devez absolument essayer les steaks ici - c'est un incontournable !
The food was really good! The steak was cooked just the way I like it, the salad dressing had a great flavour, & the staff, especially the chef, were very kind.

The food choices are great. Pricey for what essentially is a food court. But not all food courts serve steak tartare. Seating is variable: not always best for kids, or if you have a larger family, you'll have to share the table with a bunch of strangers & hope to be able to seat together. For adults the best place is in the 18+ bar area, you don't have to order drinks btw. They also have an arcade near by, which is also kinda costly for what it is. Still a pleasant overall experience. Not a full 5 star, but closer than 4.
The Time Out market in Montreal is 100% worth visiting if you love food! It has various cuisine options & it's hard to choose one! I ended up going with the barbeque option & got a great plate of steak & fries which were both 10/10! There is a reserved seating section (18+) & a generic cafeteria seating style in front of all the restaurant options. Endless options for food & drinks!
I had the grilled beef picanha steak served with chimichurri asado. The steak was done very nice & tasted good. It came with a side of both salad & fries which was a lot. The wait to get the food was long. The food tasted good so it was worth the wait.
