Nice Italian pizza restaurant. Also serves other pasta. We went in approx 1pm, on weekday. We had seats. The pizza taste good, crust is soft chewy & crunchy on outside. Flavor is simple, & authentic & very tasty. Service was great & very friendly. They also collect foreign bills in case you want to give.
Went in on a cold, snowy day when it wasn't super busy but the food was fast, super delicious & the staff were so kind & helpful, great place for lunch or dinner when visiting old port as a traveller, so glad I stumbled across it!

La nourriture est abordable, mais il faut faire attention, les portions sont plus petites qu'on pense. Mais le goût est là & le personnel est gentil. J'ai eu une superbe expérience.
La pizza était bonne & le service courtois & rapide. La salle à manger est un peu démodée, mais tout est très propre & l'atmosphère est agréable & à prix raisonnable pour un restaurant dans le Vieux Montréal.
De passage devant le restaurant al pizzetta nous nous arrêtons par curiosité.
Nous prenons deux pizza très bonnes.
Je suis pizzaiolo & je vous conseille de venir manger une pizza la bas top

We went to Al Pizzetta for dinner. There were 5 of us. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, spaghetti Carbonara, fettuccine Bolongnese & 2 pizzas: 3 meats & mushroom. The food was good. The mushroom pizza was very ordinary, just a cheese pizza with cremini mushrooms. We also took calamari, garlic cheese bread & Caesar salad as appetizers to share.
Pizza is decent & edible but not justified at the price point. Put lots & lots of chilli flakes & parmesan to help with taste as it was bland otherwise. Bottom of the pizzas are white 🥲 Much better options in the area. I'm not sorry I went but would not recommend to others or go back.
We had an incredible family lunch at [Pizzeria Name] in Montreal, & I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was! The food was absolutely exceptional-the two pastas we ordered were perfectly cooked & bursting with flavor, the pizza was a delight with its crispy crust & fresh toppings, & the bruschetta was simply divine. Every dish was a hit with both the parents & kids in our group!
Beyond the amazing food, the hospitality from the staff made our visit truly special. They were warm, attentive, & made us feel so welcome, creating a perfect atmosphere for our family gathering. Thank you for making our day so memorable! We can't wait to return.

Went to Al Pizzetta for a lunch pick-up & while the location is excellent, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. We ordered the Margherita pizza, which was really good-simple, fresh, & flavorful. However, the vegetarian pizza was a bit of a letdown-not much going on flavor-wise. The pasta was decent, but nothing impressive.
Considering the location, the food feels a bit overpriced for what you get. On the plus side, the place is clean, & the service was friendly. If you're looking for better options, though, there are definitely places a bit farther from the crowd that offers more bang for your buck.
