Tried this Arahova location and honestly had a really great experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. The fried calamari were freshly made, the chicken plate was super satisfying with a nice mix of textures, and the pita wrap was simple but hit the spot. Potatoes so flavourful and addictive! Everything tasted clean and well-seasoned. What really stood out though was the service. The waitresses were incredibly kind and patient the whole time. We were actually among the last customers close to closing, and they still treated us with care, no rushing, no attitude, just genuinely good service. I was paying with a gift card and they weren't familiar with how to process it, but instead of making it awkward, they stayed calm, figured it out, and made sure I could use it without any issue. Overall, great food + genuinely kind service (even at closing time) = definitely coming back.

We were a party of 10 yesterday. Food arrived quickly . Our waitress was exceptional .Served us with a smile the whole time . Unfortunately my plate and utensils were quite dirty . She apologized profusely ( even though it's not her fault) . Replaced my plate and utensils promptly . The food was alright but I would go back for the service

Toutefois, notre dernière visite nous a laissé très déçu de la nourriture, plusieurs éléments du menu n'étaient plus disponible, dont le boeuf, plus de frites…. La cuisson n'était pas conforme à ce qui avait été demandé. Nous sommes repartis déçus.

J'ai réservé pour 14 personnes quand je suis arrivé, le service était long une fois j'ai commandé mon hamburger avec fromage bleu, j'ai reçu mon hamburger, fromage brie, j'ai demandé à La serveuse qui rat dans mon hamburger, j'ai reçu la visite du gérant après 10 minutes en me disant comme un extra pour le fromage, on a décidé de pas vous le faire je lui ai répondu ça m'a fait plaisir de payer un surplus et après ça m'a demandé tu le veux-tu toujours pareil? Oui et j'ai reçu mon assiette une fois que tout le monde a fini de manger en plus même pas demandé si on veut un café à dessert, surtout si t'es la fête de mon garçon

Cette place offre des dejeuner / brunch relativement traditionel, bon mais rien en dehors du normal. Malheureusement il y avait un gros groupe et notre serveuse a ete assigne a leur table des le debut de notre service, donc on ne l'a vue qu'a la fin du repas, lors de payer. Deplus c'est tres brilliant comme endroit, comme beaucoup de place a dejeuner sans separation entre les tables ou sections.

Nothing felt overwhelming, and every bite had its own flavor. ✔? Portion: Perfect for 2, generous without being excessive ✔? Taste: Solid across the board, nothing bland ✔? Variety: Big win if you like sharing and trying multiple things Only downside: you have to choose the same omelette, same crepe, etc. for both, no mix & match, which would've made it even better.

I've always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, which is why I was surprised by my recent experience during an event. Unfortunately, the reception at the front did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from an establishment with such a strong reputation. The staff on duty appeared disengaged - there was no greeting upon arrival, no inquiry about reservations, and minimal interaction with guests. At one point, I noticed the front staff chatting and laughing among themselves while guests were entering and leaving, which gave an unprofessional impression. Upon leaving, I also observed staff seated at the front area eating while simultaneously being approached by clients. For a restaurant of this caliber, the front desk is the first point of contact and plays a key role in setting the tone for the overall experience. A more attentive and polished approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. That said, aside from this aspect, everything else was excellent and I've otherwise had great experiences here.

Le jeune homme au comptoir des sandwiches était très accueillant et souriant. Je ne peux malheureusement pas en dire autant des 3 autres employées avec qui j'ai eu affaire. La caissière entre autres n'a aucune manière, pas de sourire, aucune amabilité, rien. Les deux autres n'étaient guère mieux. On se serait cru dans un salon funéraire. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'ambiance, l'endroit n'a pas de style, ça ressemble à un vieux resto des années 70. Le buffet était correct. J'ai aussi acheté un pâté au millet qui est délicieux, une tarte au sucre ordinaire et un clafoutis très ordinaire. Je ne compte pas y retourner. C'est dommage, car je suis végane et j'aime encourager les restos végétaliens et ceux qui servent une bonne sélection de plats végétaliens. Mais ce resto ne vaut pas le détour pour moi.

Had an amazing experience here for my girlfriend's birthday! The food was absolutely incredible. I had the seafood pasta, which was fresh and full of flavour, and my girlfriend loved her butternut squash ravioli. We started with the salmon tartare and beet salad, both delicious and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive, super attentive and friendly all night. The atmosphere was immaculate, perfect for a special occasion. Vince even came to sit with us, which made it feel really personal. They also treated us to their famous tiramisu and a limoncello digestif such a great touch. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Dagwoods! The sandwiches were fresh, generously filled, and packed with flavor-definitely one of the best spots around for a satisfying meal. The bread was soft yet perfectly toasted, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush, and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a perfect place to grab a quick lunch or hang out with friends. I'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. My partner and I have been to a few Michelin Star restaurants, but have never been so immersed in our food experience as we were at J.Ferrer (VR goggles, kitchen tour, attentive staff). We had the 10 course experience - a must. The only thing that could have gone better is being told of the extra champagne cost for our starting beverage and our table being wiped between courses.
