Très bonne brasserie la bouffe est délicieuse, mais quelques fois la pizza est trop cuite 👨?🍳et les sous-marins 🥪 un peu épicés lol mais la salade est bonne ! Et wow quels beau mots merveilleux inscrit au dessus de nos têtes: La Vie Est Belle 🤩 , Merciii du fond du coeur , c'est génial !!!

C'était Parfait! I loved everything. The warm welcome, the authentic interior, the fooooood was absolutely tasty and the service stunning, helping Iris practice our French, being kind even though we weren't that hungry tonight and ordered quite few things. I am in love and I will be back - to taste all the other good stuff on the menu!

Staff vraiment rude ils nous ont à peine regardé ! J'étais avec des enfants en plus de la madame qui parle sur nous avec son collègue. Et la cerise sur le gâteau la madame qui nous spécifie que le pourboire n'est pas inclus après nous avoir offert le pire service ! Je déconseille fortement ce resto tant qu'il ya le même staff et surtout si vous êtes accompagné d'enfant ou une personne de couleur.

An exceptional Italian dining experience in the heart of Montreal. From the elegant atmosphere to the warm, professional service, everything was beautifully done. The food was authentic, refined, and full of flavour, with every dish prepared with great attention to detail. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality, and the wine selection complemented the meal beautifully. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, which made the entire evening feel special. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in downtown Montreal. A sophisticated, welcoming place that I would highly recommend for a memorable dinner. I will absolutely be coming back.

Absolument agréablement surprise! J'y suis allée deux fois en deux jours avec ma famille tant c'était bon et économique! Les assiettes étaient parfaites; saumon, brochette de poulet, pizza, poutine, club sandwich et croquettes. Les frites sont juste folles. Les serveuses sont sympathiques et efficaces. Vraiment contente d'avoir trouvé un bon spot pour ma famille assez exigeante.

La jeune hôtesse blonde était très accueillante avec un magnifique sourire. Par contre lorsque j'ai commandé un mojito au bar il n'était pas du tout conforme. Il ne goûtait en aucun point l'alcool et contenait du sprite pour remplacer le club soda. Mes amis on commandé des margarita à la mangue et ils goûtaient tous strictement le jus. Bref, le service est bon mais, Bianca, la bartender n'étais pas au niveau de mes attentes et celles de mon groupe.

Quelle belle expérience! Nous y sommes allés pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe et nous avons passé une soirée mémorable. Tout était parfait, la nourriture était très bonne, le service excellent et notre chef OMI a été un des meilleurs que nous avons eu dans tous les teppanyaki que nous avons visité au fil des années. Pour un léger frais supplémentaire, nous pouvions amener notre propre gâteau d'anniversaire et tout est pris en charge par le restaurant. Quelle bonne idée! Je recommande à 100%

Amazing experience and food with reasonable prices. The teppanyaki grill is a must try. Stuff is very entertaining. They respect your dietary restrictions and are very friendly. We were also lucky to arrive 10 minutes before reservation and had two last spots on the table so we didn't need to wait at all.

J'ai adoré mon expérience au restaurant Beni Hana. Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes. L'accueil était chaleureux, le serveur Steve était très sympathique, efficace et drôle ! Que dire de notre chef Omi qui a beaucoup de talent ! Il a bien cuisiné et animé avec beaucoup d'humour et en prime il chante merveilleusement bien. La nourriture était délicieuse, j'y retournerai assurément ! Merci pour la belle soirée !

Never had such an unkind waiter. There was no place for a big group inside, we thought it was fine we went to sit outside. But there were a lot of wasps outside. I tried to aks if there were 2 seperate tables inside. But he was só annoyed that I even came to ask him something. He walked away annoyed without saying anything, came back 5 minutes later and told me very rudely that there was nothing possible. Not a problem that there is no place for big group, but the communication was very rude.

C'est sans doute l'endroit rêvé pour célébrer un événement spécial. Un conseil : n'hésitez surtout pas à leur mentionner qu'il s'agit d'un anniversaire, car l'équipe met les petits plats dans les grands pour vous réserver une attention inoubliable qui touche en plein coeur ♥?. Le cadre est d'un chic absolu et la clientèle très élégante, mais c'est surtout l'ambiance espagnole authentique qui rend le lieu magique. Nous avons été transportés par la qualité du spectacle : le chanteur et le guitariste sont d'un niveau exceptionnel, et la danseuse de flamenco est tout simplement fascinante de grâce et de talent. Côté table, nous avons opté pour le menu du chef et ce fut un sans-faute culinaire : chaque plat était délicieux et d'une finesse remarquable. Le service, à la fois rapide, fluide et d'une grande chaleur, reflète la bienveillance de tout le personnel. Chaque personne qui travaille là-bas est sincèrement formidable. Enfin, un remerciement tout particulier à Firo : son accueil lumineux, sa joie de vivre communicative et ses belles anecdotes apportent une âme unique et un charme incomparable à cet établissement. Une adresse d'exception où l'on retourne les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé une commande par Uber et malheureusement un problème est survenu avec celle-ci. Nous avons pu contacter le restaurant malgré leur fermeture imminente. Ils ont réglé le problème rapidement et efficacement. La nourriture était franchement délicieuse! Le poulet était juteux, les frites maison étaient parfaitement cuites et croustillantes, et la salade d'accompagnement était fraîche et bien garnie. Nous commandons généralement notre poulet portugais dans un autre restaurant du quartier, mais à partir de maintenant, ce sera à cet établissement que nous commanderons. Très bon service à la clientèle et portions généreuses. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

We just arrived to the Breakfadt Club from a long trip out with the family. Everything went smoothly with our order until the bill arrived. After paying over $130 for our meal, I left a $10 tip. Shortly after, the waiter returned to complain, asking,'What did I do wrong? Didn't I provide great service?' We confirmed that the service was good, but he insisted the tip was not enough, claiming 15% is the required minimum. When I pointed out that I had left $10, he argued that the restaurant takes 8% of his tips. I told him that was not my problem. Tipping is voluntary, and I am not obligated to leave a specific amount. If the staff isn't paid fairly, they should negotiate for better wages or find another job rather than being rude and begging customers for money. It was embarrassing behavior. Whether the owner underpays their staff or the server simply lacked professionalism, this experience cost them a customer. They will continue to lose business if employees keep demanding tips from guests.

Quand nous posions des questions sur le menu, ses réponses étaient vagues et impatientes, comme lorsqu'on a demandé à quoi était mariné le poulet et qu'il a simplement répondu'aux épices' avant de repartir. Il y a aussi eu des oublis dans les boissons. À la fin, comme nous n'avons pas laissé de pourboire en raison du service, il nous a demandé pourquoi et a insisté en disant que'la moindre des choses' aurait été d'en laisser. Un service aussi désagréable a vraiment gâché notre expérience.

Service très décevant. Le serveur nous parlait d'un ton froid et impatient, et nous avions constamment l'impression de le déranger. Il ne prenait pas le temps de répondre correctement à nos questions sur les plats et ma question avait l'air bête car il haussait les yeux et était presque sarcastique. Au moment de payer, il a a demandé à un amie pourquoi elle n'avait pas laissé de pourboire et a insisté en disant que c'était « la moindre des choses ». Lorsque nous lui avons expliqué calmement que nous n'avions pas apprécié son service, il s'est braqué et a nié notre ressenti en répondant : « Mais non, pas du tout. » Une attitude vraiment peu professionnelle. Concernant l'assiette, une portion un peu plus généreuse de riz serait appréciée, car environ 60 % de l'assiette était composée de salade. Dommage, car l'ensemble de l'expérience nous a vraiment déçues.
