We just arrived to the Breakfadt Club from a long trip out with the family. Everything went smoothly with our order until the bill arrived. After paying over $130 for our meal, I left a $10 tip. Shortly after, the waiter returned to complain, asking,'What did I do wrong? Didn't I provide great service?'

We confirmed that the service was good, but he insisted the tip was not enough, claiming 15% is the required minimum. When I pointed out that I had left $10, he argued that the restaurant takes 8% of his tips.

I told him that was not my problem. Tipping is voluntary, & I am not obligated to leave a specific amount. If the staff isn't paid fairly, they should negotiate for better wages or find another job rather than being rude & begging customers for money. It was embarrassing behavior.

Whether the owner underpays their staff or the server simply lacked professionalism, this experience cost them a customer. They will continue to lose business if employees keep demanding tips from guests.

Je suis allé à plusieurs reprises pour la pizza & elle est très bonne! Il y a beaucoup de choix… même trop c'est difficile à choisir 😁.

Je recommande si vous voulez la qualité plus que la quantité pour le prix!

Big breakfast in Brossard. I had the Roast Beef crepe with dijon sauce that does not overpower the flavours. Quality ingredients make this a must try for beef lovers. Hearty but not heavy, served with fresh fruit garnish & great coffee in large mugs. Staff is friendly & efficient. Get there early on the weekends.

I love this restaurant. Since the pandémie, they have put in much efforts to get back on their feet. I think their breakfasts are outstanding & the staff is pleasant & helpful.
My only concern is the bathroom. It is a mess, the TP dispensers are often stuck so the paper is not available, floor is filthy & the sink counter is always loaded with water. Since no handtowels are available it is impossible to keep your sleeves dry. I don't know if the men have a similar issue but since they have two bathrooms the condition might be better?
Please refresh or renovate the women's bathroom , make our day! Thanks.

We were 10 people from my family meeting each other to this restaurant on Sunday August 2nd, only to find out that it was closed because of construction vacation. I tried to call a few times times but no answer. They did not leave a recording message saying there were close due to construction vacation nor did they put it on their website & on google maps. I will not go back to this restaurant, it's a poorly managed restaurant.
