I was a loyal customer for 25 years! But it seems to have slid recently - prices have shot way up, portions are smaller, quality down, bread seemed stale, service lacklustre, the busy vibrancy seems to have faded. Sad to say but I don't see myself going back.
Libérez ce pauvre poisson il fait la taille de l'aquarium. C'est juste de la maltraitance.
We had a great time! The service was exceptional with friendly staff & very nice waiter! The food was great! Also they have some items in their secret menu so be sure to ask for those as well! You can call it fusion Persian food & enjoy traditional dishes that are localized using the ingredients available outside of Iran! Highly recommended!
I miss this place & came back to leave a review.. on the weekend sometimes is busy so expect a wait.. I will definitely be coming back again. It's an Iranian café & an amazing spot for brunch. If you're Levantine, you will especially love it. The decor is beautiful, cozy, & very welcoming. I really liked the feta omelette ( the best on the menu) & the jam was amazing as well. The yogurt & beetroot dishes were also great! 😊
Wow! L'omelette à la feta, un véritable délice! Une belle place où je reviendrais certainement !
Excellent food & good friendly service. We had three vegetarian dishes: the Koukou Sabzi, the spinach pirozhki, & the yogurt assortment. They were all good but my favorite was the yogurt eaten with the warm bread they served. Yummy
Food is great, servers are all nice but the service itself is on the slow side. The omelette feta is to die for.
For someone who really loves Persian food & Persian breakfast, I was expecting so much more. The food was just okay - not very flavorful or memorable - & the portions felt small for the price. The drinks were especially disappointing. We asked multiple times if the juice was fresh, but it tasted frozen or possibly old, & the latte tasted watered down. Overall, the experience didn't feel authentic or worth the cost. Hopefully they improve the freshness & quality because Persian food can be so much better than this.
Please don't miss your chance when it comes to try this Persian restaurant. From breakfast to dinner each meal is simply unique with flavors & menu diversity. Plus, the staff was lovely throughout the whole time & the accommodation, seatings & décor was all great! It gave me this calm impression like I could enjoy my meal & have a unique experience, & the neighborhood is also a great place to take a walk right after so location wise I wouldn't have put it better. Please, I can't repeat it enough but go have a meal you'll have a wonderful time over there.
