Another trendy place that opened in 2022 is Bar Pol. Not only is their branding excellent, but you'll be delighted by the quality of the food they serve. From 18-month Jamón Serrano to preserves, you can clearly feel the Spanish inspiration in the menu. A happy hour that will last forever, we guarantee it.

From the same owners as the very popular Ganadara, this brand-new restaurant has quickly made its place in the Montreal foodie scene. Japanese restaurant specializing in tempura, udon noodles, and Japanese tenders. There is a nice selection of Sake and wonderful highballs.

If there's one restaurant that's long overdue, it's Chef Massimo Piedimonte's Cabaret l'enfer is a unique experience from A to Z. They do absolutely everything on-site, the kitchen is open and the tasting menu is sublime and changes with the seasons.

Throughout the evening, you will be able to enjoy cocktails and dishes of Japanese inspiration while attending different cabaret-style performances. For this one, we're heading to Westmount for a brand-new seafood and meat grill. Tuesday through Thursday, oysters are $1 from 5 pm to 7 pm. We highly suggest you share one of their platters which are decadent and tasty. Plus, they're open for brunch, which is also worth the trip. Only open since September, this is a new must in Montreal!
