Excellent resto italien! De loin le meilleur sur la rive-sud, service prix nourriture le tout est parfait! Lupo reste un petit trésor caché italien! Mathieu et son équipe sont extraordinaires ❤?

I am an ergotherapeute working for the Quebec government. We live in a condo just across from the store location, Les Terrasses Du Lac.... My husband using a medium size mobility scooter, not the very large one, was denied entry into the store today. He had been in the store with his scooter previously when it opened, without any issues. The manager explained safety reasons, but did not offer to help my husband, ask what he wanted and bring him something and he pays outside...For a store catering largely to an elderly population and many with mobility aides, given the demographics of our neighbourhood, I find this quality of treatment quite rude and unacceptable. I can't really recommend the store or give it a good rating.
Bon service, nourriture excellente. Une préférence pour les entrecôtes, tendres. Service client agréable, servit par Maru, souriante, à l'écoute de nos besoin, service rapide. Merci. Je recommande.🙂
