Following the success of its Plateau and Griffintown locations, the Sandhu family expands their India Rosa brand to DIX30 in Brossard.
Located on the ground floor of Hôtel Escad, this spacious 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant can seat up to 110 guests and offers an immersive experience of modern Indian tapas, exclusive cocktails, and lively DJ evenings. Guests can also enjoy a weekend fusion brunch crafted by chef Arnaud Glay (Passé Composé), served Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm. The interior design, created by Pero Studio, features locally made furniture celebrating Quebec craftsmanship.
