Kyo Bar Japonais is easily one of the best dining experiences in Montreal. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is elegant, vibrant, & welcoming. Every dish is beautifully presented, but what truly makes this restaurant special is the talent & passion coming from the kitchen.
The food is the real star of Kyo. Every plate reflects incredible creativity, precision, & attention to detail. You can tell that nothing leaves the kitchen unless it's perfect. The balance of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, & the presentation are all at a Michelin-level standard.
The sushi is among the best I've ever had, & the hot dishes are equally impressive. If you're visiting, I highly recommend trying the tasting menu-it showcases the chef's vision & the team's exceptional craftsmanship.

Une vraie pépite ! J'ai adoré ce restaurant japonais. Les produits sont d'une fraîcheur incroyable, surtout le poisson qui fond en bouche. Les sushis, makis & tatakis étaient parfaitement préparés & pleins de saveurs. Le service est rapide, chaleureux & très professionnel, & l'ambiance est agréable. Franchement, c'est l'un des meilleurs restaurants japonais que j'ai testés. J'y retournerai sans hésiter & je le recommande à 100 % !
