Been coming to Le Filet for years & it never disappoints, but the visit a couple weeks ago reminded me why it's still my favourite spot in the city. The sea bream crudo was as precise & delicate as I remember, with just the right acidity to wake up your palate before the mains. The room has this warm, low-lit energy on a weekday evening that feels intimate without being stuffy. Service was attentive without hovering, which is honestly harder to pull off than most restaurants realize.

Certains plats réussis au delà de nos attentes les rillettes de hareng fumé, les pétoncles par compte les linguini à l'encre de seiche mauvaise cuisson des pâtes ainsi que les gemelli des plats décevants. Le personnel offre un service irréprochable & constant dont Steven, Sarah, Guillaume pour ne nommer que ceux-ci.

Quelle magnifique soirée passée à cette adresse sur l'avenue Mont-Royal. Tout était absolument parfait, du début à la fin.

J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par le soin apporté à chaque assiette. Les gnocchis étaient tout simplement divins, rehaussés par la finesse des copeaux de truffe fraîche. C'est rare de trouver une telle précision dans les saveurs.

Le cadre est élégant & très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour découvrir le reste de la carte.

Nous étions 3, la pieuvre était mémorablement caoutchouteuse & le reste était fort ordinaire sauf peut-être l'entrée de pétoncles qui était excellente. Le tout $850.

C'est vraiment très bon, j'ai découvert des accords de goûts auquel je n'aurai pas pensé.
La carte des vins est intéressante.
& la grappa délicieuse.
Ça vaut le prix.

Tous les plats sont beaux, tous les plats sont extraordinairement bons, l'ambiance est tres sympa, l'equipe est adorable (mention speciale pour Nic), bref, que des compliments pour cet établissement.

Déjà hate d'y revenir.
