Pros:
A) Over 40 flavors & different options to choose from. They also have Dog Treats & Ice Cream cakes but you order in Advance for that.
B) Beautiful location since 1994 right in the Pointe-Claire Village.
C) Its busy especially during the summer months, & they hire local students. God Bless you 🙏
D) The staff & employees have a good heart & they speak English & French.
E) Accept Credit/Debit & Money & have 4 queues if busy.
Cons:
A) There can be a mess up on order if not heard or understood correctly.
B) The Lineups are confusing at times & it may be difficult to follow.
C) The music speaker outside low volume so hearing the music may be difficult.
Conclusion:
I would recommend this Ice cream shop to all. I drank a milkshake one time & got food poisoning. Still it's a good ice cream shop.

The layout, the crowding & cutting is too much. I went to this location once before going to the other location which I recommend you do too.

I would definitely recommend getting the'flotteur' its really good. The ice cream has really nice texture, surprising colors but good flavours!

Nice ice cream place with many vegan options. The place has a few dining tables outside & is conveniently located at a walking distance from the water. Staff is very nice & helpfull. Their ice cream is delicious, but I would not recommend their apple spice caramel drink (taste like hot apple juice, no coffee in it). The ice cream sandwiche is made with very hard cookies (like The Decadent cookies from President's Choice if you see what I mean) & hard ice cream, making it a difficult experience for your teeth. However, their selection of regular ice cream is very good.

The ice cream is delicious, the staff is really nice & the atmosphere is amazing. A lot of seating, & a the water is next to it. I really recommend to go there in the evening because the sunset is so nice & you get to eat amazing ice cream

Why would anyone put a review less than 4 stars? The ice cream here is incredible. I have a weird taste in ice cream but the variety of things they sell here cover my cravings. The line could be very slow, though, but I think it is definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend you to visit this place, for tourists, this is DEFINITELY worth a detour. It might be annoying to queue up on such a long line & be told that it can take quite some time to get your order, especially the hot afternoons.

I visit the country once every few years & every time I have it I feel so happy, the ice cream here is amazing! & I especially recommend the bubblegum. The staff here are lovely & the ice-cream is really good quality too! Thank you!

Toujours une bonne expérience, glace molle trempé avec vue sur le saint Laurent équipe jeune & sympathique, tarifs corrects, carte de fidélité.... choix & styles de glaces en fonction des envies, patinoire en hiver juste à côté, village sympathique de style irlandais/ anglais.... parfait pour une journée de printemps ou d'été en famille, je recommande
