Went in for a liter hard ice cream Monday after work. Asked for vanilla & choco flavors mix & only got one flavor in the liter cup. Found out about this after I got home & try to call the store to complain. Unfortunately no direct phone number to this location. Not pleased with the experience at all?? not gonna give any tip next time.

Thank you for the response. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I don't think it's fair to frame this entirely as a communication issue on my side, especially since the store was not busy & I clearly asked for a mix of vanilla & chocolate in the litre.
What disappointed me more was the proposed solution. By the time I discovered the mistake, I had already left the area & gotten home. Asking a customer to travel all the way back again just to verify the issue is not very practical. A more reasonable option could have been to take down my name/number & offer a replacement or credit for my next visit.
I also want to clarify that my comment about tipping came from frustration with the overall experience, not from trying to attack the staff personally. I appreciate that your team responded, but I still feel the situation could have been handled in a more customer-friendly way.
I've been a returning customer for 4 years & have recommended your store to many friends over that time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing to me. Mistakes happen, but I was hoping for a bit more understanding & flexibility in resolving the situation.
Ordered the hazelnut/dark chocolate soft ice cream. Looked exactly & tasted like the regular vanilla/chocolate. My friend who had it in the past said it didn't look right. I asked the server saying that there is absolutely no flavor of hazelnut & she said that's how it is. She offered to make it again, but figured would be a waste of time. Don't charge more for the same thing! Kind of disappointed. It was good soft ice cream like many other cremeries. I was just hoping for something special with the hazelnut/ dark chocolate...
Well I was there May 9, I had 2 flavors of the hard ice cream the pistachio which was good, the second was vanilla tasted a bit off, like if it was old. My hubby wanted chocolate they ran out so had instead triple chocolate which was good, but how do you run out of plain chocolate ice cream 🤔. A bit disappointing on the vanilla. Just a recommendation add the menu outside including all the flavors so that everyone knows what to order instead of holding up the line.
I wanna go try every flavour & option because this place is amazing & so is the costumer service. TOP ICE CREAM
try the chocolate raspberry pls
Also vegan options
Excellent ice cream. The caramel & chocolate sundae is to die for. They are a gem in Pointe-Claire.
I had their dark chocolate & coffee soft serve & it was really good! Highly recommend.
We tried the frozen chocolate tofu with strawberry, & it was delicious! A perfect alternative for people who are lactose intolerant but still enjoy the creaminess of ice cream. One of our favourite spots in Pointe-Claire Village!
You have to try their Mexican chocolate flavor! Unique & delicious
Soft chocolate is amazing at wild Willy's & the service is friendly.
Hello Wild Willy Owner, I have constructive criticism for your business! You are a very popular ice cream shop in Montreal, & it makes sense, your ice cream is great! I am a long time loyal client of yours that comes weekly. I collect the stamp cards. Usually when I give the full stamp card, I get my ice cream cone with the waffle cone & the flavour I want - no issues. However, last night, I gave my stamp card to the cashier & ordered a small frozen yogourt in a cup. I wanted chocolate on top. Because of this she charged me a 3$ difference(I've never been charged a difference before): I find this a weird business practice but okay fine(you should allow the customer to have something the same price as they usually spend). She hands me my fro yo, & it has a tiny amount of chocolate on it(everytime I order this, this issue has never happened), the ice cream wasn't fully covered in chocolate. I asked her to add more, & she replies saying: ill need to charge you again. I couldn't believe she said that to me after I just paid a difference. I don't feel like a respected & valued customer with that kind of business behaviour. As a loyal customer who constantly brings business & tells everyone you have the best ice cream in Canada, its very stingy of you. On average people probably spend about 7.50$/person on your ice cream(my guess), therefore you should also give that amount with the stamp card. It doesn't make sense for people to be spending a lot on your ice cream, & you expect them to get something cheaper with the card that they wouldn't usually get. Might as well increase the amount of stamps, & then give the customer a proper ice cream. Secondly, your lines are poorly managed. People come in through the third line & cut the people in the second line due to the tree being in the way. I really hope you can start to properly value your customers, because some business in Montreal who got very popular & stopped keeping their quality before hand, they are losing massive amounts of loyal customers. People speak to each other, bad practices get shared.
Disappointing. The first time I got the Rocky road & it was filled with tasteless pecans. Not even roasted. Rocky road would be way better with toasted almonds. Next time I tried their mocha almond fudge because I wanted almonds & instead of roasted almonds chunks it was tasteless almond flakes & left a bad coffee aftertaste. I threw it out. In addition, their cake cones are stale. I would have tried the Mint chocolate chip but they use green dye! The whole point of having a home made ice cream store is to have quality ingredients that taste amazing. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment.
Large variety & good prices. There is something for everyone. My favorite id the coffee soft serve with hazel chocolate.
This is a local.legend & a go to ice cream place on Lakeshore. This time I tried vanilla dip in sea salt chocolate- impressive. Will order again!
Their Christmas Log is divine! Hot chocolate @ 4$ was a little on the pricey side but it was good
