Wild Willy's is still iconic & an important part of the West Island.

Something's will never change & Wild Willy's has great ice cream. I ordered their Hurricane Ice cream & it was good & delicious.

The staff our locals high school CEGEP & that's what we need.

WIld Willy's Ice Cream is a great ice cream store & one of the most recognized in the West Island of the city of saints. I have frequented this store many times & it's a decent ice cream store nothing out of the ordinary. Their shakes are decent & they have vegan options as well which is great & amazing. The lineup is a weird design because it extends on the curb instead of in the road.

After hearing about for so long & finally being able to try it I had the chance to do it in May, 2022. There was a long lineup especially during the summer months & weekends.

I had their half & half soft serve ice cream in a cup. I paid $5 for it. It was good & not that sweet & tasted like the soft serve you will find everywhere. I wanted a soft serve after seeing someone in front of me ordering it

The menu was hard to see late at night & I was not familiar with the flavours & types you can order at first.

When you get close to the till you can see the flavours & types better.

So it would be nice if we knew the flavours before hand & their menu was on top the wall & kind of confusing to find & know which types of Ice Cream you prefer.

They are no toilets inside the store & the ice cream store resembles a house so if it rains or inclement weather comes in you are outside then Shelter is hard to find.

Parking is hard to find so biking or walking is okay & the bus stop is close by so great initiatives if available.

I hope they have the amenities & have flavours & clearer signage for their menus & brands in the near future.

A would recommend for me & try it out when you have the chance.

The homemade ice cream is incredibly rich, creamy, & full of flavour, with so many unique options to choose from that it's hard to pick just one.

The real star, though, is their ice cream sundaes. They are loaded with generous toppings, perfectly balanced, & every bite feels like a treat. The combination of creamy ice cream, warm sauces, & toppings is honestly one of the best sundaes I've had.

Wild Willy's is easily one of the best ice cream spots in the West Island. I've been coming here for years & the quality has always been consistent. They have a huge selection of flavours & plenty of options, so there is always something new to try.

It can get very busy on warm evenings, but the line moves & it is worth the wait. A true West Island classic & one of those places I always enjoy coming back to.

Went in for a liter hard ice cream Monday after work. Asked for vanilla & choco flavors mix & only got one flavor in the liter cup. Found out about this after I got home & try to call the store to complain. Unfortunately no direct phone number to this location. Not pleased with the experience at all?? not gonna give any tip next time.

Thank you for the response. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I don't think it's fair to frame this entirely as a communication issue on my side, especially since the store was not busy & I clearly asked for a mix of vanilla & chocolate in the litre.

What disappointed me more was the proposed solution. By the time I discovered the mistake, I had already left the area & gotten home. Asking a customer to travel all the way back again just to verify the issue is not very practical. A more reasonable option could have been to take down my name/number & offer a replacement or credit for my next visit.

I also want to clarify that my comment about tipping came from frustration with the overall experience, not from trying to attack the staff personally. I appreciate that your team responded, but I still feel the situation could have been handled in a more customer-friendly way.

I've been a returning customer for 4 years & have recommended your store to many friends over that time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing to me. Mistakes happen, but I was hoping for a bit more understanding & flexibility in resolving the situation.

Pros:
A) Over 40 flavors & different options to choose from. They also have Dog Treats & Ice Cream cakes but you order in Advance for that.
B) Beautiful location since 1994 right in the Pointe-Claire Village.
C) Its busy especially during the summer months, & they hire local students. God Bless you 🙏
D) The staff & employees have a good heart & they speak English & French.
E) Accept Credit/Debit & Money & have 4 queues if busy.

Cons:
A) There can be a mess up on order if not heard or understood correctly.
B) The Lineups are confusing at times & it may be difficult to follow.
C) The music speaker outside low volume so hearing the music may be difficult.

Conclusion:
I would recommend this Ice cream shop to all. I drank a milkshake one time & got food poisoning. Still it's a good ice cream shop.

Great place to get a nice scoop, milkshake, with cones of your choice. They have vegan options as well. Only bad part are wait times are a little long.

Nice ice cream place with many vegan options. The place has a few dining tables outside & is conveniently located at a walking distance from the water. Staff is very nice & helpfull. Their ice cream is delicious, but I would not recommend their apple spice caramel drink (taste like hot apple juice, no coffee in it). The ice cream sandwiche is made with very hard cookies (like The Decadent cookies from President's Choice if you see what I mean) & hard ice cream, making it a difficult experience for your teeth. However, their selection of regular ice cream is very good.
