Very delicious & elevated Vietnamese cuisine with great service & atmosphere. Our favourite dishes are the Imperial Rolls (which we've been told is made using a special wrap imported from Vietnam), the Mango Salad, the Papaya Salad, the Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Bún, the Mixed Grill Platter & the Ph? Vui Special. Very happy & proud to have another amazing Vietnamese restaurant in the Greater Montreal Area.
Had a wonderful experience at Vui Cuisine Viet & Bar! The grilled beef papaya salad was a standout - fresh, flavorful, & perfectly balanced with a delicious mix of textures & authentic Vietnamese flavors. The fresh spring rolls were also excellent, light & refreshing with great ingredients & a taste that really captured the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
A great spot to enjoy vibrant, well-prepared dishes with a warm atmosphere in Brossard. I'll definitely be coming back to try more!
This is absolutely the best Vietnamese pho spot I've tried in Montreal! The place is so gorgeous that your mood lifts the second you walk in.
Order a lunch set & you get a free spring roll, plus you can enjoy a beer for just five dollars!
My top personal recommendation is the grilled squid - you won't find this light, chewy, & deliciously savory flavor anywhere else. & seriously, make sure to dip it in the creamy wasabi sauce… it's amazing!
If you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine with warm, welcoming service, this place is an absolute gem. Every dish I tried was bursting with fresh flavors - from the perfectly balanced pho to the deliciously crispy spring rolls. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, & the recipes are made with care & tradition.
The staff went above & beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Friendly, attentive, & genuinely passionate about the food they serve.
Whether you're new to Vietnamese food or a longtime fan, this spot is a must-visit. Can't wait to come back!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious🤌🏻🤌🏻especially the crispy imperial rolls, which were perfectly golden & flavorful. The fresh spring rolls were also amazing-big, packed with fresh ingredients, & so tasty. I'll definitely be coming back for more🫶🏻✨
I was in Brossard that day on a gloomy day, I was craving for a big bowl of vietnamese Pho. I searched for it & this place came out & caught my eyes with the good reviews & the interior ( I am a huge sucker for beautiful interior, makes me enjoy food better in a way) Yes indeed my pho noodle bowl was better than expected. the broth was made with love, plenty of meat, fresh vegetables. the spring rolls were so fresh, the crunchiness of the lettuces, the shrimp were juicy, the rice wrap was just right. the time we got there was around 5pm, it was pretty quiet at the beginning, then once we started eating it suddenly people started come in non stop. A little bummed out, because we ate so fast & was about to leave, but our waiter kept disapearing & we end up waiting for a good 15min to catch his eyes so we can have our bill. Anyhow definitely recommend, I will go back to try other dishes since they have a huge variety on their menu
first time at vui & it was a great experience! we were two people that came for lunch & ordered the iced coffee with taro & coconut ($8), as well as the grilled chicken, lemongrass + imperial roll dish (24), & the tofu & vegetables pho ($17). i highly recommend everything! the food & drink were delicious & the portions were generous. the ambiance was beautiful, i loved the display of hanging rice hats & the washrooms were clean. i took off one star because: - there was only 1 server taking orders & it was hard to receive service, with long waits in between - i had to get up to ask the dishwasher in the kitchen if we could have hoisin & sriracha sauce, which i was surprised about, as it didn't come with our pho & wasn't readily available on the table, & our server hadn't come by - the prices are high considering the cost of the dishes ordered in consideration of it being a vietnamese restaurant overall I'd return keeping in mind the service & cost of menu items.
Really enjoyed the food & ambience for a dinner date. We liked the imperial rolls, chicken wings, beef skewer, soup & chicken fried noodle. Also really enjoyed the taro coconut viet coffee We had ordered the Khai Vi (assortment of starters) for $38 hoping to try a bit of everything. One of the menus had the spring rolls crossed out but another did not, when we enquired it wasn't clear to us that the spring rolls weren't included, & the plate arrived with a big side of some lettuce & garnish mainly, really not worth the price (also misleading as it appears on their website, has a picture with it from previous & still appears on some menus). Service was friendly & helpful overall.
Very good, my partner loved it from the chicken/shrimp spring rolls to the full squid. However, we waited 30mins for someone to come take our order & the restaurant was not full (friday evening). No vegetarian options except for the garlic fries appetizer, so surely not for vegan/vegetarian folks. The timing to receive each of our appetizer/food was about 15mins gap which they must need to work on to serve at the same time. The honeydew spritz cocktail is bomb!
