Every dish I tried was bursting with fresh flavors - from the perfectly balanced pho to the deliciously crispy spring rolls. Je suis allé chez Vui pour la première fois hier, samedi le 7 juin, avec deux autres personnes. Le resto était bondé & nous avons dû attendre pour avoir une table. L'endroit est une grande salle avec des tables très rapprochées sans beaucoup d'intimité avec quelques banquettes séparées l'une de l'autre par des murs au fond du resto. Je dirais que ça ressemble plutôt à un grand réfectoire. Il y avait un DJ sur place qui faisait jouer de la musique de discothèque à tue-tête, donc tout le monde autour de nous parlait très fort. À tel point que nous avions de la difficulté à nous entendre parler d'un côté à l'autre de notre table. Heureusement que, à notre demande, la serveuse a accepté que nous déménagions à une des banquettes au cours du repas.
Côté bouffe, J'ai mangé des rouleaux poulet crevettes en entrée & des nouilles croustillantes aux crevettes grillées comme plat. Tout était délicieux.
C'était la première fois que j'allais à ce resto & je ne pense pas y retourner, car ce n'est vraiment pas le genre d'ambiance que je recherche dans un resto...View more

Very good pho, though quite expensive at 28$ if you wanted the one with the ribs. I'd say to skip the ribs & just get the pho for 20$View more

Belle expérience en général & bonne cuisine. Belle sélection de cocktail, les 2 que nous avons pris étaient très bons.
Ma soupe Pho au poulet était goûteuse & la portion généreuse. L'entrée de mini crêpes manquait d'un petit je-ne -sais-quoi mais bon quand même. Mon amie a pris les nouilles croustillantes au fruits de mer & elle a bien aimé. Notre serveur était super. Un autre qui nous servait l'eau était moins attentionné, l'eau nous éclaboussait dessus tellement il faisait ça rapide & il ne m'a jamais apporté les pousses de soja qu'il était supposé m'apportez.
Ambiance bonne, belle déco & super propre, même les toilettes.

Wow ... #dotdotdot ... this place is the bomb.
I asked vietnamese friend at work, polo, to recommend the best pho in montreal & this is the place he said without the slightest hesitation. He also highly recommended Columbia but that's for another conversation lol 😆 ...
Everything about this palace of deliciousness was awesome. From the bathroom design & immaculate cleanliness... a place this clean will not doubt have great food 😋 ...
I wasn't sure to get the one is all the meats plus a short rib OMG or the spicy one. I choose the steak specialty & asked for some samba olek on the side 😉 ... You can see by the photos this is an EXTRA ordinary soup. You must go try it & let me know when you do. We can compare superlatives about it's savouriness & velvety texture ... a must visit.

Very delicious & elevated Vietnamese cuisine with great service & atmosphere. Our favourite dishes are the Imperial Rolls (which we've been told is made using a special wrap imported from Vietnam), the Mango Salad, the Papaya Salad, the Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Bún, the Mixed Grill Platter & the Ph? Very tasty pho's, was hesitant on the $28 price tag of their staple Pho, however the amount of meat justifies the price. I couldn't finish it, had to doggy bag it & enjoy it at supper. 😅
