If you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine with warm, welcoming service, this place is an absolute gem. Every dish I tried was bursting with fresh flavors - from the perfectly balanced pho to the deliciously crispy spring rolls. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, & the recipes are made with care & tradition.
The staff went above & beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Friendly, attentive, & genuinely passionate about the food they serve.
Whether you're new to Vietnamese food or a longtime fan, this spot is a must-visit. Can't wait to come back!View more
Wow ... #dotdotdot ... this place is the bomb.
I asked vietnamese friend at work, polo, to recommend the best pho in montreal & this is the place he said without the slightest hesitation. He also highly recommended Columbia but that's for another conversation lol 😆 ...
Everything about this palace of deliciousness was awesome. From the bathroom design & immaculate cleanliness... a place this clean will not doubt have great food 😋 ...
I wasn't sure to get the one is all the meats plus a short rib OMG or the spicy one. I choose the steak specialty & asked for some samba olek on the side 😉 ... You can see by the photos this is an EXTRA ordinary soup. You must go try it & let me know when you do. We can compare superlatives about it's savouriness & velvety texture ... a must visit.

Very delicious & elevated Vietnamese cuisine with great service & atmosphere. Our favourite dishes are the Imperial Rolls (which we've been told is made using a special wrap imported from Vietnam), the Mango Salad, the Papaya Salad, the Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Bún, the Mixed Grill Platter & the Ph? Vui Special. Very happy & proud to have another amazing Vietnamese restaurant in the Greater Montreal Area.View more
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant! I love the coconut coffee & bún bò Hu?. They have a large selection on the menu, & the service is super friendly & fast. I hope they open a restaurant on the Island of Montreal!View more
Great Vietnamese food & a very decent price. Might be the best Vietnamese restaurant on the south shore! Love it!View more
The food was very tasty , & the prices were reasonable, though slightly high on some dishes. The service was good as well. It's a great option if you're looking for Vietnamese food while strolling around Dix 30.View more
This is an upper scale Vietnamese restaurant & it comes with the price tag. It is not like the ones you find in Chinatown. I've been there twice. The first time I had the Bun Bo Hue with the bone marrow. There is an extra of $12 for the bone marrow which I find is not worth it, but the soup was good. The quality of the ingredients is good & the size is good as well. However, the second time I went, I had the pork chops on rice & they were very thin with a lot of fat. The taste was good though.View more
Decent Vietnamese food, good location, & a great atmosphere. However, the service was really slow, & many of the staff members seemed inexperiencedView more
Me being an old school Montreal Vietnamese restaurant. I was surprise to see some of my favorite waiters from one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Very happy with the service & meal. Good recommendation !View more
Vui Cuisine Viet & Bar is a whole vibe! The service was quick & friendly, & the hot pink lighting really set the mood. Loved the Vietnamese hats hanging from the ceiling-it gave the place such cool energy. The food was fire! Tried the Bo Luc Lac, Pho Vui, & their chicken & rice dish, all soooo good. Only thing, the beef bone in the pho could've used a bit more time to tenderize, but overall, still delicious. The spot is clean with plenty of parking. Definitely coming back for more!View more
I was in Brossard that day on a gloomy day, I was craving for a big bowl of vietnamese Pho. I searched for it & this place came out & caught my eyes with the good reviews & the interior ( I am a huge sucker for beautiful interior, makes me enjoy food better in a way) Yes indeed my pho noodle bowl was better than expected. the broth was made with love, plenty of meat, fresh vegetables. the spring rolls were so fresh, the crunchiness of the lettuces, the shrimp were juicy, the rice wrap was just right. the time we got there was around 5pm, it was pretty quiet at the beginning, then once we started eating it suddenly people started come in non stop. A little bummed out, because we ate so fast & was about to leave, but our waiter kept disapearing & we end up waiting for a good 15min to catch his eyes so we can have our bill. Anyhow definitely recommend, I will go back to try other dishes since they have a huge variety on their menuView more
Very good vietnamese restaurant!!! No complaints about staff.View more
I am Vietnamese & this is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. I was pleased to see Bo Luc lac on the menu & it was the tastiest one I've ever had. The pho tasted just like my mom's. Service was impeccable, congratulations to Vui, you guys chose your name well. 😍✨View more
I went into this restaurant with some skepticism, but I was genuinely surprised! They serve the best bún bò Huế I've had in Montreal & on the South Shore & their pho is also top-notch. For sides, though, I found the bò chanh a bit too sweet for my liking, & the razor clam was slightly overcooked, making it a tad chewy. But overall, an amazing spot for Vietnamese food. Will definitely be back! Edit: The place was packed, but the food came out fairly quickly, with little wait for both the entrées & mains.View more

A new addition to cartier Dix30. It's beautifully located in the middle of the outlets. The food was excellent as expected from the same owner of the other very popular Vietnamese restaurant called MC Pho in Brossard. The quality & freshness is there. It's well decorated, well lit & quite spacious. Prices are quite reasonable too.View more
first time at vui & it was a great experience! we were two people that came for lunch & ordered the iced coffee with taro & coconut ($8), as well as the grilled chicken, lemongrass + imperial roll dish (24), & the tofu & vegetables pho ($17). i highly recommend everything! the food & drink were delicious & the portions were generous. the ambiance was beautiful, i loved the display of hanging rice hats & the washrooms were clean. i took off one star because: - there was only 1 server taking orders & it was hard to receive service, with long waits in between - i had to get up to ask the dishwasher in the kitchen if we could have hoisin & sriracha sauce, which i was surprised about, as it didn't come with our pho & wasn't readily available on the table, & our server hadn't come by - the prices are high considering the cost of the dishes ordered in consideration of it being a vietnamese restaurant overall I'd return keeping in mind the service & cost of menu items.View more
Excellent place to enjoy a variety of vietnamese food. I wish if the grilled calamari was cooked a little bit more. The Tom Yum soup was delicious.View more
One of the best restaurant if not THE BEST! The decor was cozy & elegant. Our waiter Jayden was so nice even all the waiters who kept asking if we needed anything & made sure we were enjoying our meals. Talking about the meals! Wowww. They were sooo tasty 🤤🤤😋😋, the portions were big enough to share & the price was really affordable. I give them a 10 over 10 minus nothing. I recommend the mango salad, the octopus, the Vietnamese mini crepes... I mean everythingView more
I went there with my family for supper & we enjoyed everything. The food was delicious & the cocktails were good too. We tried many dishes, the street foods & sharing plate with rice paper. The Vietnamese garlic ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. My favorite drink was the Hennessey Taro Colada. The iced coffee with ube & coconut was amazing too! I loved the ambiance & the music. The staff was friendly, Sari was our waiter. He was attentive & took care of us when we needed something. I definitely recommend & we can't wait to go back!View more

Highly recommended! Vui Cuisine & Bar is a new fantastic spot for a delightful dining experience in town. The Assiette Vui offers a great variety of rolls, grilled meat & pork sausage that are both tasty & aesthetically presented. Bo Luc Lac features tender beef stir-fried with fresh vegetables, paired perfectly with rice or fries. I would rate it 11/10. The unique dish for me was the Canh Chua (Tom yum as they call it), a tangy & aromatic sour Vietnames soup that was incredibly refreshing. It reminisces me the authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine. With its uniqe decor & friendly staff, Vui Cuisine & Bar is a must-visit for the Asian cuisine. I will definitely come back to eat all the dishes & recommend Vui to all my friends.View more
Great Vietnamese restaurant in Dix30. Came here for dinner. We ordered the Vui platter to share: it's perfect for 2 people. Our waiter Steven was very friendly. He brought us some rice paper to make rolls. I found this platter delicious. I really recommend it. I just wish there were a bit more noodles & greens. We also tried the snails in butter. It was surprisingly very good. The grilled full squid was a bit spicy. It was good but not exceptional. For dessert, we tried the fried ice cream. The batter outside the ice cream was thick & chewy. Very difficult to eat. I don't recommend. In all, it was a great experience. Friendly staff. Great food & fun atmosphere.View more
