Très très belle découverte! Nous avons tout adoré, la nourriture délicieuse & les plats généreux, le service impeccable, une ambiance agréable dans un environnement qui n'est pas cacophonique. Nous étions près du bar avec une table en rond. Même mon fils de 8 ans a adoré! Vous ne serez pas déçu, & nous y retournerons assurément bientôt!
Sort of mix feeling. Are the food no good, not really. Are the food bad, not really neither. Just feel strange from the Vietnamese cuisine point of view, they are not original. The main Pho is not on bar as the real Vietnamese restaurant, too much oil & not much selection! Anyway, the food are not bad but not worth for the price.

Crevette sur nid croustillant
Portion généreuse & crevettes géantes sauté de légumes serait bon si la sauce avait une saveur très insipide & gluante très décevant.....Mais les rouleaux succulents
This Vietnamese spot elevates familiar street dishes into something polished & upscale, & the prices reflect that. The Ph? & Bún Bò Hu? were solid, added an extra beef rib to a premium bowl. The razor clams were a standout. The Bò Né, a classic sizzling beef?&?egg breakfast, was decent but the sauce leaned a bit too sweet. The Ube Cà Phê S?a ?á is an absolute must?try.
Best pho we've ever had! Not just in Quebec but in New York as well. We reside in NY but we try to visit here as much as we can. Yes, it is that awesome!
Le service est exceptionnel !! Les gens sont heureux d'y travailler. On voie la camaraderie & les sourires. On y mange comme des rois & reine. Longue vie au Viu & surtout bravo. En plus c cool comme place.

Par contre. Plus d'une heure d'attente après avoir commandé. Les plats arrivent, la moitié de notre tablée est servie, & on nous annonce que tout à été servi.

Pas d'excuse digne d 1h15 d'attente... pas de rabais rien...
Bref beaucoup d attente, service bof, 0 amabilité... mais bouffe très bonne & heureusement.
On a essayé l'événement dix30 Gourmand avec un menu spécial. La nourriture était délicieuse & des portions super généreuses. Le seul élément qui m'a dérangé, cest qu'on avait fait une réservation à 17h30. On avait commandé nos choix, ça nous a pris 1h recevoir nos entrées (& ce n'est vraiment pas grave, c'est des choses qui arrivent) sauf que la personne de l'accueil est arrivée à 19h30 est arrivé disant qu'on avait seulement le droit à 2h & qu'il fallait se dépêcher car, il avait d'autres gens. J'ai dû m'expliquer comme quoi ça ferait longtemps qu'on aurait fini de manger si c'était à cause de délai. Après, elle a dit ok, mais il nous restait le dessert. On a senti une pression & on s'est dépêchée à finir nos repas en vitesse. Donc, juste pour cette raison, je ne pense pas y retourner.
Dîner en famille (5 personnes) sans réservation un samedi midi. Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement & le service a été soigné & efficace.
Plats savoureux, un grand choix à prix abordables & plusieurs options végétariennes disponibles dont les fameux mì xào giòn (les nouilles aux oeufs frites, croustillantes, en forme de nid d'oiseau) en version tofu & légumes sautés. Un régal !
La déco est moderne & très soignée. Un coup de coeur pour les nón lá suspendus (les chapeaux coniques vietnamiens) qui créent un effet'whaouh !' en entrant.
Petit point négatif : on regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de menus enfant (avec de plus petites portions) à la carte, j'ai dû commander une assiette adulte pour un enfant de 3 ans...
Mis à part ça, je recommande Vui, une belle expérience de cuisine vietnamienne au Dix30 !
Je suis allé la semaine passée avec mes deux enfants. Super service ! Jasmine est vraiment une hôtesse au top. Accueillante, souriante & super efficace, elle met tout de suite une bonne vibe en arrivant!
The food was really good, but the restaurant was understaffed & it took over an hour to get any food. There was a group of 20 people, which caused the delay. Regardless, I will try it again & hopefully have a better service experience.

Nous voulions essayer ce restaurant étant donné que nous étions au Dix30 & adorons les mets vietnamiens.
Mon conjoint & moi avons commandé 2 bún (B4) & étions déçus : la sauce poisson était fade, les vermicelles étaient trop cuites (gonflées & molles) & le boeuf ne goûtait pas tant la citronnelle. Pour le prix, nous nous attendions à mieux.
Nous avions seulement mentionné notre déception à la fin du repas car personne n'est venu nous voir pour nous demander si tout allait bien. Selon le serveur, nous serions tombé sur une mauvaise batch.
Notre ami a commandé une soupe phó & le bouillon avait très bon goût.
Beau restaurant avec personnel très gentil par contre!
I mean the soups were not comparable to a pho place (the first time was better but second time it taste more dilluted). The small appetizers was the highlight, small portions though. I put a service at 2 because i waited 1.5 hour for food & was about to leave, my wife was super angry. I get there are alot people coming in at the same time, but we really need better communication from the staff.
You are going to this resteraunt for the atmostphere,decoration & drinks.
