I have wanted to visit this restaurant for awhile now & I'm very happy that I made it there. Excellent food, service & atmosphere.
I had the linguine tetrazzini & my friend had the chicken cacciatore. We loved our meals. It's a nice portion so we both had leftovers to take home. We had the fried zucchini as an appetizer & that was delicious as well. It's BYOB so that added to the experience.
I want to give a shout out to our server Jesse. He was amazing! Very friendly, polite & attentive. Excellent customer service!
We will definitely return.Voir plus
Like a lot of people, we learned about Vivaldi from Steve's videos on social media, from his warm & friendly approach to showing us recipes. Our trip to Vivaldi did not disappoint! The fried zucchini chips & their sauce were a delight. Two us us got pizzas, our youngest the fettuccine alfredo, & my spouse one of the chicken dishes, & it was all excellent. We're definitely coming back!Voir plus
Last Saturday I went to Vivaldis's restaurant & all I can say is WOW 😍. The waitress Jade took such good care of us. She was so attentive & made us feel at home, excellent service! For the main course I got the chicken casa, a salty, savoury, creamy masterpiece. Topped with sun-dried tomatoes to complete the sensory experience. For the dessert I had the crème brûlée, crispy on the outside, giving stand offish vibes but on the inside she's sweet & delicate like a ballerina performing a pirouette on the tip of your tongue. All in all I'd give it a 10 on 10. Well done guys!Voir plus
Took a 2 hour detour to come visit after seeing Steves videos on YouTube. Food was exceptional. I had fettuccini Gigi which was the best I've ever had. Appetiser calamari was excellent & my kid said the chicken parm was unbelievable. Well worth the detour.Voir plus

I went to Vivaldi last month for my birthday with my family, all the way from New Jersey. My expectations were high, & they were blown away. The food, service, everything was exceptional. Our waitress Jade was very friendly & attentive. The Gnocchi de la casa was spicy & smooth, Chicken de la casa was bursting with flavor, & the Chicken tetrazini was amazing.
The fried zucchini appetizer was crisp & delicious, & the sauce was great. The creme Brulee was the best I have ever had. The texture was fluffy & smooth, & the sweetness was just right.
Chef Steve even stopped by our table to say hi! If you like Vivaldi's YouTube videos & are curious, make the trip! You will have amazing food & exceptional service. This was a birthday I will never forget, & I hope to be back soon!Voir plus

We went there my son & I last night for dinner around 8:30 & showed up 15 minutes late but there was no issue they gave us a table right away now the table we got was against the small separating wall in the corner so between the front window & their kitchen & we were against the small wall in the corner so like literally in the corner so as far as seating it wasn't that great but everything else was good. We were served by Jesse & found him serviceable & polite. He remembered to bring everything we asked for & more. They are lucky to have him working there, oh & Jesse also bragged about their head chef on how he was a "real superstar" who is one of the reasons we went there to begin with. My son saw cooking videos of the chef on TikTok & said "he really looks like a chef, the kind you'd see in a movie" & he claimed the cooking skills he filmed on TT were impressive. So we went to try it & it was really good we had the pizza with Italian sausage & pepperoni & it was a 12-in I believe it was way too much for me but it was delicious we just couldn't stop eating it was like a drug it was so good honestly worth going so you're not sure where to go tonight take a drive there on Gouin Blvd in Pierrefonds I will leave the address at the end but take the time You're not sure where to go you want a pizza you want pasta you want a steak you want some chicken you want some veal you want some amazing appetizers we had the calamari & it was the best we've had & I'm not just saying that I'm honest on my reviews seeing Im a local guide level 7 with almost 1 million views of my comments & I will always speak accurately, this place is highly rated & there's a reason for it if you have a chance go look at the videos on TikTok just put Vivaldi & you'll see the chef doing his thing & whatever you do try is hot jardiniere if you're a spicy food amateur will love it anyways the food was super fresh the service was super good Jesse was amazing, the place it was very busy with people everywhere & it was very good, I highly recommend it & don't forget to leave a review be honest I left a couple of pictures so you can look at their pizza & the calamari & like I said it's worth it to try it. So don't wait get up get out ask your mother your sister your brother your father your neighbor your co-worker the stranger on the street to go out & eat & try this place out you will love it so don't hesitate don't procrastinate Go try this & if you happen to be in Jesse's section you're going to find the service amazing as well as the food so there's no reason for you not to get up & go try it, here's the address, go tonight!! 13085 Blvd. Gouin O., PierrefondsVoir plus

Ok. So I reviewed the reviews of this restaurant & immediately got the feeling that this is a version of the famous sources boulevard Italian eateries called Del Friscos. I happen to generally enjoy Del Friscos so I thought I would try Vivaldis. So here is the review. Interior. Basic & lacking sound absorption so it's quite a noisy place - but so is Del Friscos for the same reason. Value. Portion is reasonable as is the freshness of ingredients. In terms of what you're going to eat as a dish on the whole this is a little different. We had a house salad, cheese pizza, & chicken Parmesan with tomato sauce & noodles as its accompaniment. The pizza sauce lacked zest & it tasted on the bland side. The dough was fine in flavour & texture but was a very floppy crust line a dominos or pizza pizza crust & you can only eat this by folding the slice it using a knife & fork. Salad was a good portion with nice ingredients though appears bland as there is no flair to it such as shaved Parmesan or colourful veggies except for a hot pepper. The chicken parm was the weakest dish. The chicken was about 25% while the breading was about 75% & was also cooked too much & tasted somewhat burnt. When you cut into the chicken all the breading fell off indicating poor technique in the breading if the chicken. The size of the thinned out chicken breast was actually not very large are you remove all the breading & as such your made to think you have a large portion with all the cheese covered breaded chicken, where in fact there very little chicken which at near $30 it should have a decent sized piece of chicken. An example of a proper sized chicken breast can easily be seen at Del Friscos where it's always juicy (here it was thin & consequently dry), moist, tender, lightly breaded where the breading remains on the chicken when you cut into it. Additionally there is not sufficient sauce which is one of the cheapest ingredients & should not be skimped on. As with the pasta it was really nothing special. A small portion of noodles & then a lack lustre tomato sauce. I like more sauce to my pasta as it's what it's all about, unless you have fresh pasta. & as such asked for extra sauce. There was no extra sauce & the noodles were lightly touched with the sauce. Now some people believe that this is the way to eat their noodles however I am not of the same kind. So if you enjoy little sauce with your pasta the. You are just fine. The slightly warmed buns we fine & had a lovely aroma, however, the type of bread they use makes it not as soft & a harder chewy crusty that's even a slight challenge to test it apart in two. Not that the issue is strength to split, the point is to have a light airy almost pollowy roll. Bring your own wine is nice. Service was adequate as well. The audience appears to be a majority of 55 years & older so perhaps this is like a Miami early bird crowd. Not a date night place.Voir plus
I love this hidden Gem! The chicken parmigiana was the best I ever had. I changed my pasta for some tortellini rosée & we shared a pizza ( bacon onions for me ) everything was amazing. Good service, nice ambiance & you can bring your own wine/beer. Will be back!Voir plus
