Excellente expérience, très belles découvertes de vins & de saveurs! Un énorme coup de coeur! Sur une note bien personnelle, je trouvais que le volume de la musique nuisait parfois à la discussion avec les invités.

Belle soirée au Vin Polisson. Deuxième expérience à ce restaurant & j'ai adoré une fois de plus. La qualité des plats & des produits, les saveurs, la présentation soignée, des proposition de vin en accord avec les plats choisis. Bravo aux proprio de ce petit resto charmant & savoureux. On peut confondre le Vin Polisson au Vin Papillon, mais en région! Merci pour l'audace du Capicolle....encore meilleur que le plat original Montréalais.

Superbe soirée, excellent service, les vins & les plats étaient délicieux, l'ambiance est très bien. Il y a un petit quelque chose d'original au Vin Polisson qui fait différent des autres restaurants de Sherbrooke, sans compromis sur la saveur des plats. Meilleurs vins de Sherbrooke. Je recommande sans hésiter pour une belle soirée pour se gâter.

C'est encore une fois un souper extraordinaire qui nous été servi, un festin, un délice. La qualité des ingrédients, la combinaison des saveurs & des textures est incroyable. Le service est hors pair. Un resto plus que unique à Sherbrooke. Merci encore
