The food & drinks are excellent, unfortunately the food options can be a little limited at times as they sometimes run out of main ingredients that are in multiple dishes. The service is good, the wait staff are helpful & friendly.
Unfortunately the music is very loud & for the time it takes to receive the food the allotted time per reservation is very short. & many of the chairs are barely holding together.
Would possibly return for a casual drink, but not necessarily the dinning.
J'ai super bien mangé! J'ai prit un drink: Le Dirty Mule (8/10), entrée: crevettes piri piri (9/10), repas: pâtes tagliatelles à la tomates, saucisses italiennes & burrata (9/10), & partager une dessert: gâteau carotte (12/10). L'ambiance est super belle & chaleureuse. Ils ont pu accueillir notre groupe de +- 20 personnes. Le service était bien mais j'aurais aimé avoir un peu plus de service suite au paiement des factures. Une fois les factures payées, plus moyen de trouver de staff.
Laid back atmosphere with perfect service. Lots of variety in the menu. Some of the best tartare I've had. Good wine & beer selection. The bar side is simply amazing to chill & drink .
La nourriture était excellente! J'avais pris le saumon & c'était définitivement un des meilleurs que j'ai eu la chance de manger dans ma vie. Les deux seuls points négatifs sont la vitesse du service & le coût. On comprend qu'on y était un samedi soir, mais au total on a presque passé 3 heures au restaurant, & ce n'était pas par choix. Pour le coût, le markup sur les drinks & les desserts est très haut. Pour nous, ça aurait été un 5* si on avait seulement eu un point négatif, mais avec deux on avait pas le choix d'enlever un peu
We visited Vertigo Brossard as a family. The food itself wasn't bad - decent quality overall. However, the biggest disappointment by far was the service. We waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone paid attention to us, even just to take a drink order.
The main reason I go to a restaurant is not only for the food - I can cook very well at home. What I expect is a welcoming atmosphere & attentive service, & unfortunately, Vertigo didn't deliver on that. If you're looking for an experience where you feel looked after, this may not be the place.
We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere & our food, the wine was great also... except that we had to serve ourselves the entirety of 2 bottles because our waiter brought the them & never came back. We had to ask the staff clearing plates to get his attention 3 or 4 times, we skipped ordering a last drink & dessert because it took 30mins to even ask for the bill, & we had to ask one of the girls clearing tables again, & yet the restaurant was not that busy. Making drinks & taking shots with girls at the bar was more important than the table who spent over $100 each. Not an ideal first impression, especially because we had been waiting to try it.

Today I went to celebrate my birthday at lunch time my husband & I. We order one soup for me & the main dish for each one & drinks. It passed almost one hour & we did not receive the main dish so I went to ask as my husband at that point was very hungry & angry. The waitress decided to only order our main plates 20 min before I asked because we order the soup. Usually you take that time to prepare the main food not to make wait even longer to the people. We told her that we were not happy & that we wanted to go. She gave us the bill for the soup & drinks & we paid & left. No apology or suggestion to compensate in anything when it was clearly her fault. I left so angry cause I couldn't have a decent lunch for the waitress unilateral decision.
I had the opportunity to visit this establishment & was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere inside. The salad was satisfactory, although not my top choice. However, the drinks were exceptional.
Juste un peu trop rapide pour la commande des drink, je n'avais pas fini de m'asseoir🤣
De plus faut quand même avoir le temps de regarder la carte de cocktail, on lui a dit & il s'est ajusté. Très aimable & bon service par la suite! Tous nos plats était parfait.
Mais pichet sangria beaucoup trop de glace & pour 3 vu le peu de liquide on a eu chacun un demi verre😳 on aurait été mieux avec chacun un verre au lieu de ce pichet

I have the same comment I have to Les Enfants Terrible, small criticism, a few times I sat with an empty glass & had to call the waitress to be served. I understand the time we are in & it's difficult to find staff but as soon as my drink is low I should be offered another one. I would have spent more money in your establishment if I had been asked. When the main dish is removed I should be offered the dessert menu but that didn't happen. I don't think the younger generation understand the concept that the bigger my bill the bigger their tip as it is based on a percentage. Both your establishment & the waitress lost money which I was willing to spend. I don't want to sound negative as I eat at Vertigo 3-4 times a month. Have always loved the atmosphere & the quality of the food.

Assiettes sales empilées avec mon cocktail vide est resté sur la petite table tout le met principal. Hôtesse jasant avec ses copine à côté en balançant sa tresse dans mon visage 3x. J étais déjà venue auparavant le service avait été impeccable. Cette fois ci j ai été très déçue
Comment.. we had a 6pm reservation which I called to do. Upon arrival we were told we had 2 hours to drink, eat & leave, because 2 services. We felt rushed by server to order & eat. Not the best experience
Le menu semblait prometteur, mais c'était honnêtement très ordinaire niveau profils de saveurs, & franchement trop cher pour la qualité des plats. Le tartare de thon était TRÈS grossièrement coupé, avec d'énormes morceaux de mangues. L'attention au détail est manquante. Ce n'était pas mauvais, mais ce n'était pas excellent non plus. Le service était extrêmement long. La serveuse était très gentille mais le timing était atroce. 20 minutes avant de prendre une commande de drinks, 30 minutes avec des verres vides à la fin du repas sans recevoir nos factures, alors que le restaurant était quasi vide. Je n'y retournerai pas, pour un prix équivalent, on peut trouver beaucoup mieux !

Nous étions un groupe la majorité ont été très satisfaits mais pour les gens qui ont pris de la bavette , la cuisson n'a pas été adéquate ! Sinon toujours bon d'aller chez vous .

Fin de soirée , nous sly sommes retourner a minuit & la cuisine était fermée & le last call sur les drinks ! On ne nous a pas offert de table
La nourriture est tout simplement incroyable. On était un mercredi soir & le resto était remplis. Notre serveuse ne venait pas souvent nous voir nous devions donc attendre un peu plus pour avoir d'autres drinks mais sinon c'était super !

On s'est fait dire de quitter pour 20h, car il y avait un deuxième service... qui n'a pas jamais eu lieu. Dommage, on aurait sûrement commandé plus de drinks!
Service was very slow. Server was nice but we had to flag him down every time we wanted something. He never checked to see if our meal was good or if we needed more drinks.
