Absolute delight! I tried both the Philly Cheese Steak & the gyros pita. Such delicious & nourishing food. We'll definitely be going back! Highly recommended.... For West islander like me, check this Vegan place out if you haven't tried out... No matter if you are Vegan or not, this place rockssss -you won't be disappointed.
The food is out of this world!! Wow what a great restaurant. Soooo delicious!! Amazing flavourful, delicious, high vibe Greek Vegan food. I loved the gyros pita & the Spanakopita. The Philly cheese steak is tasty & everything is tantalizing & made in house! The ambiance is super chill & has plenty of seating. Giving 5 stars for the quality of the food. Beautiful, clean & spacious dining space. Friendly service & cozy atmosphere. A great place to dine alone or to hang with a few friends. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back!

Super friendly, we had the cheese burger & lamb gyros. Everything was absolutely delicious, I couldn't even tell it was vegan (from a non-vegan). Can't wait to go back!
This was my first visit & I'll be returning! The food is 100% vegan which allows for my daughter to order whatever she wants as there is no chance of there being any dairy in the food. Portions are generous & everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with the pikilia for two. I followed that with a skewer of shitake "lamb" with Greek lemon potatoes & the house salad. My daughter ordered a "cheese" sub. We both brought home leftovers. Eat in, take out or delivery with popular apps. No alcohol licence. Family owned! The eat in area is not huge so I would recommend reservations at busy times or for larger groups.
Arie makes the most delicious Greek & comfort food & is so friendly! My family & I have tried many of his dishes. They are all amazing, but my favourites are the spanakopita, arancini, spiced falafel balls, vegan "lamb", & gyros pita. I also finally tried their cheeseburger, & it was the best I've had in a long time. A friend of mine who eats a lot of meat tried mine & was so surprised how good it was. Thank you Arie for providing the West Island with so many delicious vegan meals!
Food was amazing & tasted great! They welcome you with open arms & with great service. We ordered the popcorn chicken & waffle cone, shiitake lamb pita & the Philly cheese steak sub with fries. Recommend Veganarie to everyone to go there asap!!!
Yummm 🤤 The food was absolutely incredible!!! We tried the cheeseburger, kofta, gyro , spanakopita , tzatziki & kopanisti... & each thing was more flavourful than the next... Who knew there was this level of vegan flavour in the West Island ? Anyone who hasn't tried this place yet is definitely missing out! Go try it, you won't be disappointed.

Came here for my thanksgiving dinner , & all I can say is I was blown away by this place ! Since I went vegan 10 years ago , I have never never had items like mozzarella cheese sticks or cheese- wiz sauce that tasted identical (if not better) than the real deal ! Every single item I have tried at Veganerie is mouth watering & full of flavour ! Especially the NY chopped cheese Sub ! It just melts in your mouth!! As soon as I walked into the restaurant , I felt a warm / comfortable vibe. We were greeted & welcomed by the amazing owner Arie & i immediately felt at home . Arie was really cool & generous. The drink selection was also unique . The service was really good & the food of course was incredible . Veganerie is definitely one of my new favourite vegan spots in town . I would highly recommend you try it ! Will definitely be back again & again.
I was blown away by the incredible vegan versions of food I grew up eating! We started with the bang bang shrimp which were perfectly fried & seasoned with a delicious spicy sauce, the gyro was large & bursting with flavor, & ooh the tzatziki!! The cheese burger was hands down the best vegan burger I've ever had, so juicy & full of flavor & the Philly cheese steak another winner. Perfectly perfect all around. Ari the owner was so welcoming & took his time to explain the menu ingredients & even how everything was prepared. This place has definitely bumped other restaurant of my favorites list! We'll definitely be going back!
Let me preface this by stating that my wife is a vegan, but I am not. That being said, if you hadn't told me, I never would have known from the taste that I was eating vegan food. The Shitake "lamb" skewer was AMAZING. Tender & juicy an overflowing with flavour, the spice blend was right on. I had the Gyro Pita & it was also outstanding. The pita itself was soft & fluffy & PACKED full of delicious gyro "meat" along with fresh veggies, & literally the best vegan Tzatziki (heck, maybe the best Tzatziki PERIOD) that I've ever had. My wife tried to Feta Cheese Pita, which I also sampled, & it was out of this world. Stuffed to the brim with tasty Vegan Feta cheese & Tzatziki. The house made Baklava for dessert, coated in a beautiful apple honey, was out of this world. The food was fresh, prepared in a very timely manner, & all of the staff were super friendly & the prices were very reasonable. We had a lovely conversation with the owner (Vegan ARIE) who is a terrific guy, & very passionate about what he is doing (of which the quality of the food leaves little doubt). We look forward to coming back again & again, & we cannot give RESTO VEGANARIE enough praise. Vegan or not, you owe it to yourself to check out this spot, you won't regret it.
