C'étais ma deuxième fois hier,j'ai fais mon anniversaire ici,moi & mes amis on a adorer notre experience,service impeccable,la cuisine étais excellent,le steak & les entrés étais super bon,les cocktails aussi,le directeur étais super gentil & professionelle & le serveur aussi,je recommande cette endroit & je retournerai à 100%.

Creative dishes… but as creative stuff usually goes, the client/consummer might not get it, or not all of it. The sushis were great overall, the tuna tartare was too sweet for my palate & the VIP appetizer was interesting.

Good quality is good, nice ambience, service staff were excellent. Pretty much your typical steakhouse. Not sure the value for dollar spent is there, but overall decent.

We are at Vargas when we were in Montreal for a convention. Amazing place: the steaks are incredible, & the cocktails were very, very good (10/10). Best part was our server Amy. She was super friendly & helpful. We ended up eating at Vargas 3 times that week.

The food here is just ok I feel but Ive always been very satisfied with the service & even though the food is just ok i must say i keep going back for the sushi pizza which actually looks nothing like a pizza 😂 it looks like a butterfly on some days & tear drops on another day. I do recommend trying it though it is sooooo tasty.

Fantastic food & service!! Our 2nd visit in 3 days. Roberto provided a great quality of service & was very friendly. The portions are more than adequate & all the food was perfectly done. We'll be back!!
