Creative dishes… but as creative stuff usually goes, the client/consummer might not get it, or not all of it. The sushis were great overall, the tuna tartare was too sweet for my palate & the VIP appetizer was interesting.View more

We are at Vargas when we were in Montreal for a convention. Amazing place: the steaks are incredible, & the cocktails were very, very good (10/10). Best part was our server Amy. She was super friendly & helpful. We ended up eating at Vargas 3 times that week.View more

The food here is just ok I feel but Ive always been very satisfied with the service & even though the food is just ok i must say i keep going back for the sushi pizza which actually looks nothing like a pizza 😂 it looks like a butterfly on some days & tear drops on another day. I do recommend trying it though it is sooooo tasty.View more
