Also enjoy Happy Hour Monday to Friday from 4pm-7pm. Experience the downtown scene either indoors or outdoors on our large terrace. Its extensive wine list cements this restaurant's wish to maintain its high standards, and its list of beers on tap reveals an establishment that takes pride in what Quebec has to offer. I love coming to Universal, it's easily one of my favorite breakfast spots. I honestly didn't think it could get any better… until we had Sabrina as our waitress.

She was incredible. She seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed before we even asked, which made the whole experience feel effortless & elevated.

I can't stress this enough, she is THE BEST. Sabrina alone took an already great place & made it exceptional. I'll definitely be back, & I'll be hoping to get her again.

Excellent service. Very accommodating servers. Food came out fast. As for the food, it was very good & the presentation is top notch. (I can't really say anything about the food. It's eggs, sausage, pancakes, & toast, bruh.) Atmosphere was great with the lighting & everything. & playing new R&B songs from Tinashe, Frank Ocean, & Beyoncé over the speaker definitely doesn't hurt either.
