I absolutely love their Ube (Taro) flavor ice cream! Incredible!

I sampled multiple flavors but I ended with the Ube & Mango Sticky rice flavors! The ube flavor was spot on & maybe the best I've had comparing it to 4 popular ice cream spots in Los Angeles. I loved the texture of the mango sticky rice, it was custard-like, solidified whipped cream consistency, I could not stop eating it. I asked the lady at the counter why the consistency is such & she explained it is made of coconut cream. Sadly, I am only on vacation but if I lived in Montreal, I will visit this ice cream spot all the time. My brother enjoyed the soft serve!

Just went back twice in a week. Amazing approach to flavors. As a colored person, I'm very honored that they do that. Can't wait to try more flavors!!
