Overall, Unicone is widely praised for inventive, high quality artisanal ice creams made in house with bold flavors drawn from around the world, including saffron pistachio, baklava, orange blossom, rose and ube, with textures that many describe as creamy and not overly sweet. The shop atmosphere is stylish, cozy and inviting, and the staff are repeatedly noted as friendly and helpful, even as lines and crowds can make seating feel tight. Vegan options are a major plus, with reviewers highlighting satisfying dairy free choices and a flexible approach to inquiries. Some comments mention price point and portion size, and a few note that the space can feel warm or the flavors can be very sweet, but the overall experience remains positive. Beyond the tasting room, several reviews praise successful private catering with on site service and a festive vibe. Overall, the sentiment positions Unicone as a standout destination for adventurous dessert lovers in the city, valuable for its ever changing creative flavors and quality ingredients.
We visited Unicone Ice Cream & tried the baklava sundae-it was amazing! They offer a wide variety of flavors, & the ones we sampled were all delicious. The staff was super friendly, & the shop itself is beautifully decorated. A great spot for a sweet treat!
Delicious! Got the caramel biscoff sundae which was amazing! Recommend giving it a good stir Midway through eating so that you can get the soft serve mixed with biscoff bits & caramel!
Ok , WOW . Ca sort de l'ordinaire , décadent & de qualité . Généreux & goûteux , nous avons pris lle sundae aux baclavas . Halllucinant !!! Rempli de bouchées de baclava . 🤩
A great spot with very creative Moroccan inspired flavours. My vegan date & orange blossom ice-cream was mind blowing & the kids enjoyed the Dubai Sundae.
Definitely highlight of the day!
Exceptional taste
Unique flavors
Beautiful decor
Top cleanliness
This place screams perfect !!!
We tried the Qamar Eddine sundae, an arabian flavor of abricot coulis that tasted like home!! Truly exceptional!!
& Pistachio Vanille, one of the few places that puts real pistachio spread!!
& the raspberry soft serve !!!
A cute ice cream place--clean & spacious. The sundae I had satisfied my sweet craving. My friends loved her soft ice cream, too
When we were there, there was only one person working, but he was attentive & efficient. There was a non-stop flow of customer, so I just hope that he has someone else to help him.
For years we have been coming here & the ice cream is simply amazing. The flavor of the month is always original & delicious. Today I tried the Dubai chocolate sundae & it was out of this world. I highly recommend & definitely worth the wait if there's a lineup. Also the customer service is always amazing.
We got knefeh sundae. It was good, but nothing amazing, the ice cream was too soft, & it was a too small portion for that price. In comparison with Iconglace baklava ice cream, that was way more delicious & more generous portion. Plus, the service is soooooo slow!

Honestly it's an overrated place. The sundaes were really overpriced, it was small & the quality is like any normal ice cream place so it's not worth 9$. My boyfriend may not agree with me but the chocolate sundae tasted a bit like the Coaticook ice cream. The cookies were better than the sundaes, the nutella one & the pistachio one were tasty though the kunafa cookie not so much, it was mostly based on pistachio & rose syrup with a bit of saltiness, it makes a bit of sense but still it doesn't have much to do with the real kenefe taste. I get the place is pretty & aesthetic & the rent is expensive for the location but it is still overpriced for the quality.
Nice spot if you're craving something sweet. Lots of options for ice cream flavours, sundae, cookies & lots more. Depending on the time there might be a big line so plan accordingly. Food is great & worth the wait, can get expensive quick tough, there are also some vegan options, it's also possible to sit inside.
