We had the papaya salad, BBQ pork skewers, chicken satay with peanut sauce, Khao Soi (Northern Thai soup noodles), & Thai basil pork with rice. There's a nice balance of flavor & they can adjust the level of spiciness to your taste. All the waiters were friendly. We've enjoyed our experience there.
The food is consistently good. The papaya salad is my fave! I tried the Penang curry today & it was good - I'd order it again. Spring rolls are great! Pad Thai is good but a little dry. I had to add extra lime to loosen it up a bit (noodles were very clumped & stuck together) The downside is that portions are too small for the price. I asked for medium spicy but nothing was spicy at all. I'll try the spiciest option next time. Unfortunately the Tom yum soup wasn't sour or spicy at all (it was creamy & sweet) so I wouldn't order that again. I ordered the tom kha kai soup before & enjoyed that more than the Tom yum.
This is probably the only place in the Montreal area where you can try the real taste of Thai food. These are delicious Thai soups Tom Yam Kung, Tom Kha Kai soup with coconut milk, Gaeng Keow Wan Gai soup with coconut milk & Green Curry paste, papaya salad Som Tam. Everything is very tasty & the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it, come & you will not regret it!
Great food, lovely presentation. Tiny shop with indoor & outdoor seating. This jewel is for enjoying slowly by eyes, then taste, then happy tummy. About 20$ with an extra 1 for meat, or 2$ more for shrimp. They adjust the hot spice as you desire. Very nice to meet Tissy. Only $100 to feed 3 hungry adults with finely prepared fresh dishes. Try the fried dumpling soup with tempura shrimp, yum. Fun to share, as each dish was so different. (& they do takeout)
Tissy's Thai food is delicious & her soups & curries are the best part. If you have a chance to try her mango & rice dessert... do it.
Last night we had a spontaneous casual date night at Tissy's Bistro in Beaconsfield sitting al fresco & shared a green mango salad, Tom yum soup, shrimp pad Thai, & a bottle of San Pelligrino. As always, it was beautifully presented, the service friendly, & the food was delicious with bright, fresh flavours & a nice Thai slap of heat. If you haven't been, please know that there are very few tables to eat there, so prepare for a Plan B as most people do take away. There are two 2-top tables out front should you want to enjoy the summer air (as well as some indoor seating). This is our 4th or 5th time here & it's been consistantly delicious & a great go-to West Island spot when craving Thai! - at Tissy's Bistro.
Friendly service, fresh ingredients & great flavour. We had the chicken satay with peanut sauce, chicken pad see ew, coconut soup, Thai fried rice & all were delicious.
Flavourful, fresh, beautifully presented. Really enjoyed the coconut shrimp soup & green curry. Would go back
We order takeout regularly & everything is consistently delicious. Green curry & panang curry are both spicy & flavorful. Kids love the pad Thai, pad see ew & cashew chicken (all not spicy). We also like the coconut soup & the pork BBQ. Thai basil shrimp & pad ka prow are also great.
Tiffy, the Chef, takes Thai cooking to a whole new level with recipes she has brought from her Thai homeland, fresh ingredients, home-ground spices, sublime spicing. My wife & I were amazed. We ordered the Tom Yum soup & chicken Pad Thai. One order of each was adequate for the two of us. This is a place clearly planned for delivery & take-out or delivery as there are only a few tables in this sparkling white space but ideal if you want to drop-in. Tiffy & her staff are warm & welcoming & clearly take pride in their various creations.
Tom Yum was amazing with a generous amount of shrimp. The seasonings all blended well together. One thing I would've liked to have had was bean sprouts in the soup to add density. Otherwise the mushrooms were not over cooked & the tomatoes just right!
Great authentic Thai food on the West Island What a treasure ! Fantastic tom yum kung soup, pad thai, & pad ka prow The chicken spring rolls were plentiful & perfectly tasty It was our first time, but definitely not our last 🙏

We stopped here on our way home after a flight & had a delightful late lunch with great food. We also had the great Tom Yum soup.
