Our love for coffee, healthy eats & sweet treats coupled with a craving to create a warm space that can bring Beaconsfield residents together inspired their vision to create Café CoCo & Bean. Café CoCo & Bean is the café destination in the heart of Beaurepaire Village.
Overall, Café Coco & Bean is described as a cozy, welcoming, dog friendly spot with strong espresso and a range of pastries, especially a standout carrot cake, and a charming decor that makes it feel like a local hangout. The staff are generally friendly and strive to know customers, and the drinks are often made to order and taste rich and smooth, though a few reviews note occasional inconsistency in service or milk texture and some higher price points. The space is small but inviting and usually easy to find a seat, and events like paint nights and high tea add to the appeal. Some visitors mention crowded days or occasional lapses in cleanliness or attention, but many reviews emphasize a warm community vibe and a willingness to support local, with many planning to return for the coffee, treats, and friendly atmosphere.
The nicest staff & honestly some of the best cookies I've ever had at a café in Montreal. I had a decaf latte & the strawberry cheesecake cookie, such a nice surprise with the strawberry jam in the middle. It was phenomenal.
I also grabbed an almond croissant, lemon poppy seed & red velvet to take home… all stunning. I'm already planning my next trip back
Coffee & cookies were amazing & the decor is adorable, especially that you can bring your little furry friend with you but what really made this a 10/10 for my friend & I, was the customer service we received from Brandon. He made us feel like hes hosting us in his own home, we will definitely be coming back!!

You lost a customer this afternoon. I arrived & waited by the counter while your employee was serving another person. That person left & as I approached the counter they spoke to another customer that had came up to the counter to get their coffee (which I assume they had sat down to wait for previously & had not yet received). Seemed to take awhile just to put cold cream on their coffee. But I wouldn't not have minded waiting if the person at least acknowledged that they saw me. Nothing..... not even, hi, I'll get to you in a minute. So I waited & waited & then I said to myself, this is not worth the wait.
What a lovely café - placed a large order & the barista was incredibly patient when I decided to make a last minute change. The caramel & vanilla lattes were delicious & my brother said that the strawberry matcha was one of the best he has ever had. If it was closer to me, I would be going every day 😅❤?😍
One of the best local coffee shops that you will ever come across. Outstanding friendly service where you're only a stranger once. The baristas & owners (two local moms) make every attempt to get to know you & to perfect your order.
The espresso beverages are made to order & taste incredible. The beans they use have a perfect sweet & robust taste & flavor. & unlike most coffee shops these days, they know the difference between a latte & a cappuccino.
The store is not huge, however, you can always find space & even if there is a lineup, it moves quickly & efficiently. & the crowds & lineup speak volumes to the quality of service & products they offer.
Sour tasting coffee. Weak espresso since it's not being prepped properly. Sometimes the staff is nice other times not so much… Barista didn't know what a proper flat white was. Would be a great spot if the coffee was made properly & some of the staff was nicer.
Food tasted horrible & extremely overpriced, place is also dirty, it smells bad & the service is absolutely teribble. Honestly, I don't even know how some of the staff were even hired in the first place, they were rude, rushing & they were talking really loud to me border line screaming at me. After the argument I had with one of the workers, I saw her spit in my coffee with my own eyes, I threw the coffee away immediately & complained at the front desk & she kept denying after I literally saw her... Worst place ever im not ever going back & I strongly do not recommend
Love their coffee & it's super consistent! However, I do find it quite pricey - $5.18 for a medium Americano is quite steep, higher than most cafes in downtown Toronto where I live.
They have the best carrot cake. Also the nicest person made me such a good soy latte, her name was Ashley.
Cute decor. Would highly recommend. They also have paint nights which are so much fun.

Best coffees & pastries. The lattes are always rich & smooth & their lunch offering always hits right.
The staff are always warm & welcoming & I love to come support local & have a catch up with friends. Will definitely be back.
I love this coffee shop. Wholeheartedly disagree with Dmitry Fritz's review below 👇 Him & his guest came in annoyed & I overheard them complain about everything before they even received their drink. It's a small cafe, everyone heard. You can definitely take your bad attitude else where.
Unfortunately we did not get a'warm hug'from this cafe. Our two cappuccinos were weak & the barista owners said they could add another shot but we would have to pay. As previous comments mention, perhaps some barista & customer service training would help. Given the owners' attitude we will take our business elsewhere.
