Romy from Patisserie Sainte-Marie created the most incredible wedding cake for us, exactly as we imagined. The flavors were truly out of this world - a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, raspberry coulis, & dulce de leche. Every element, from the cake itself to the fillings, was delicious & beautifully balanced.

Beyond how beautiful it looked, every bite was memorable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake to celebrate our special day.

I tried the almond & raspberry croissants, as well as the pain au chocolat. Everything was fresh & the texture was really good, but I found the pastries too sweet for my taste. Overall, they were good, but I've had better croissants in Montreal.

Very nice patisserie. The empanadas are so amazing. The owner is very kind & nice. An excelente place in WI for bread & baked goods.

Delicious fresh almond croissant with generous almond filling & slivered almonds on top.

I also ordered three empanadas (chicken, beef, & beef with cilantro).
She recommended heating them in the oven. They were delicious & fresh. The filling had a generous amount of meat.

What a find! Our freinds highly recommended we try Sainte Marie Patisserie. We stopped in to try the Croissants & have a wonderful coffee & are so glad we did. We had & loved the hearty Breakfast Croissants & the delicious Chocolate Croissants. Before leaving we couldn't resist buying a Quiche Lorraine, & 2 kinds of the generous Empanada's, -Chicken & Mushroom, to bring home for dinner with friends.
