Pros : -Nice ambiance created (lighting, mirrors & trees) with good music. -Reasonably priced for such place. -The classic tiramisu tastes good & is light, I encourage to try it. Cons : -The service was very slow: after arrival, we waited 30 mins to order food, then 30 mins to receive the appetizers, then 1h30 & 2 follow-ups to receive the pizza (while the other tables around us arrived after but got served before us). Because they forgot our order (they ignored us & didn't communicate about it), they offered us the tiramisu & a drink. -The TARTARE SUSHI ARANCINI appetizer & MAMMA MORTADELLA pizza were blend. They are original & bold, but lack of flavour. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant even if the service was decent. Extra notes: After over an hour of waiting for the pizza, & seeing clients that arrived after us being served, we asked a waiter to check for our order. He looked at us doubtful & said « I don't think you've been waiting for an hour, I'll check at what time you placed the order ». This person never came back. A few minutes later, our waiter came & lied that the making of pizza was taking more time than usual. We showed him tables around us eating their pizza, & he then acknowledged that there was a mistake during, asked us to wait 5 mores minutes. 15 minutes later, we finally received the pizza.Voir plus
The atmosphere & interior of the place was great! Food was a hit or miss, loved the cauliflower karaage. The service was quite slow, maybe understaffed. Not worth the price. 3 things disappointed greatly: - Ramen Pizza had no ramen nor tasted like it - The normal tiramisu was only decent, when it is the name of the restaurant! service was horrible we had a reservation & came on-time & they told us we would have to wait 5-10 mins for the table but to our surprise we waited 30 mins... on top of that our waiter that said would take care of us never came to check on us nor asked if the food was fine. i had to call him every time & he would PURPOSELY ignore eye contact & pretend he did not see me took me 10 mins to get him or other waiters to notice us, & when he finally came he would come w a nasty attitude no smile whatsoever. if that wasn't bad enough, the people that came after us had their food served already but they took 45 mins to serve us our food only when i asked if it was coming yet, the restaurant was not even busy. 2 of our family members literally walked out to buy pastries because it took so long... not even the appetizer was served in 45 mins, it was ridiculous! this was a very disappointing visit would definitely NOT come again & would NOT recommend to our peers. food was mid too & the only nice part was the interior of the restaurant.Voir plus

On arrive de Gatineau a Montréal pour le long Weekend de l'action de Grace. Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes. On arrive au restaurant Teramisu sans reservations, il n'y avait aucune table de disponible, merci au gérant Sami de nous avoir accommodé & reçu. Le service était exemplaire & la bouffe incroyablement délicieuse & que dire du vin rouge espagnol. Nous allons certainement revenir, Bravo à toute l'équipe du restaurant Teramisu. Considérant que nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter ce restaurant souvent (c'est un de nos favoris), ce soir le service était plus que décevant. Notre serveur, un homme avec un moustache & des tattoos sur les bras, nous a vraiment fait sentir comme si nous étions au service au volant du Mcdo, en nous demandant « Qu'est-ce que tu veux? » pour manger, aucun suivis après avoir reçu la nourriture, ne nous a pas demander si on voulait d'autre chose à boire, n'apporte aucun seau de glace pour le vin blanc & j'en passe énormément. C'était une soirée vraiment ordinaire surtout que nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter ce bel endroit. Sur une note plus positive, la nourriture était à son meilleur comme toujours. Nous allons certainement être de retour mais nous allons nous arranger d'avoir un meilleur serveur! 😄
We ordered cocktails, the cacio e pepe pasta, & the boeuf & shishito pizza. All were absolutely delicious. The restaurant is beautiful & convenient location. We were though very disappointed with the service. It took 20+ minutes to get drinks, we were rarely checked up on & at one point our server disappeared completely & another started somewhat looking after our table. We were here for my girlfriend's birthday, & I saw some tiramisu's come out to tables with a sparkler, so I made a note to our server that we were celebrating a birthday also. Eventually a tiramisu came to our table without request, which was nice, but no sparkler. & then it was charged to our bill, even though we didn't actually order any dessert. No "happy birthday", no "thank you for coming", no "how was everything", nothing. Just given the bill after waiting 30 minutes at an empty table, & finally having to request it from yet another server, without a word spoken to us. We flew here from BC & I felt it was a disappointing way to celebrate my partner. Such a mix of emotions. The food was so good but we left sad.Voir plus
Very nicely decorated venue, but the service & cleanliness could've been better. There were only 2 waitresses & one hostess for the entire place that made the service slow. We were sat at a nice table, but it still had dirty/used cutlery & traces from the previous booking amongst our clean plates. Our food didn't arrive at the same time, which always creates awkwardness at the table. I doubt I'd be back especially with the plethora of restaurants in Montreal.Voir plus

My husband & I went here for my birthday dinner & I can say I'm satisfied! We ordered Al Ragu, Al tarufo, Margherita & Tiramisu. The food was very good. The only thing I can say is that the Margherita is not hot when it arrived. The guy from the bar was very accommodating. 💯Voir plus
First & foremost, the aesthetics of this restaurant were absolutely gorgeous & staff was very personable. Not only that, the appetizers, mains & cocktails were phenomenal too. Unfortunately the namesake tiramisu dessert left a little to be desired taste-wise but that may have been a fluke in an otherwise great experience.Voir plus

Heard a lot of good things about Tiramisu so naturally I wanted to try. We were a big group of 12 & when the waiter came around to take our order, I asked for the appetizer at the same time & he said to wait until we order the main course. I didn't argue as it wasn't worth it. After everyones food came my friend & I's appetizers came. Once everyone finished their food our main course arrived. Im not sure why he didnt just give us our food when we asked. It was for a birthday party & instead of bringing out the cake first, the waiter put the spoon on the table next to her. Thats not much of a surprise is it? Also took an hour to get our bill, after asking him twice & watching him talk to his coworkers for forever, i finally asked another waitress who finally made him get our bill. food was good though.Voir plus
I sat at the bar & the service from the bartender was excellent. I only stopped here for a late night snack & night cap. Like some other places in the area, the bar selection was fair. I could find something I wanted but the selection wasn't vast. I ordered the fried eggplant appetizer & it was super rubbery. That was really disappointing as far as fried eggplant goes. The sauce had good flavor but the texture really bummed me out. No complaints otherwiseVoir plus
