Nous sommes allés manger un vendredi soir. À 20h le restaurant était presque vide. Nous entendons la vaisselle & les serveurs parlé entre eux. Pas la meilleur ambiance. Notre serveur était assez direct & froid, manque de professionnalisme. S'introduit à notre table avec un «allo». La nourriture était bonne, mais sans plus. Beaucoup de meilleurs restaurant italiens & japonais à Montréal. Je ne retournerais pas.
We stayed at the Hampton Hilton Montreal Downtown for 4 nights recently. We ate at the Tiramisu restaurant three times while there. The food was delicious each time & the staff were fabulous. They went over & above to make sure the food addressed my celiac but also other food intolerances. They cooked everything in a clean pan so cross contamination didn't happen. I had chicken, potatoes & a huge green salad. I had no issues on any of those visits & would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. Oh, & I even got a nice email from the executive chef Julien! What service!!!
Très bon repas, nous sommes allé pour un brunch, pas trop achalandé, très belle Déco avec bonne ambiance & des prix très raisonnables pour la qualité des produits & de la cuisine! J'y retournerais!
I came in for brunch & was honestly blown away - not just by the food, which was absolutely delicious, but by the incredible service. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed & welcoming, exactly what you want for a weekend brunch spot.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was our server, Simon. He was genuinely attentive, kind, & knowledgeable about the menu. You could tell he really cared about making sure we had a great time. It's rare to come across service that feels both professional & personal, but Simon nailed it.
This place is a gem, & I'll definitely be coming back - especially if Simon's on the floor.
Très bon brunch du dimanche. L'ambiance est détendue, les plats sont bien faits & le staff est vraiment agréable & souriant. On s'est sentis bien accueillis du début à la fin. Une belle adresse pour passer un moment tranquille & gourmand le week-end.
Expérience parfaite du début à la fin. Un immense merci à Arthur pour son service impeccable au bar - à la fois professionnel, attentionné & passionné. Il a su parfaitement nous conseiller & rendre la soirée mémorable. Chaque cocktail était un sans-faute. L'ambiance, les saveurs & surtout la qualité du service font du Tiramisu une adresse incontournable. On reviendra, c'est certain. Bravo à toute l'équipe, & encore merci Arthur!

Just arrived at the Hampton Montreal this evening; here celebrating my 27 wedding anniversary & expected to have my dinner at the same time as my husband. I asked for my steak to be well done, it came with visible pink/blood. When the server was told, she took the food away & gave no update, by the time the second server gave me my food ; my husband was finished his meal. There was then a fruit fly in my sparkling wine. When the server was told, he said it landed there after it was poured!? How does he know this? Didn't offer a replacement glass of wine.
I came to the restaurant for an evening with friends & we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. The service was great & it has a lovely atmosphere. We will be back
Amazing service. Had the classico pozza & the tiramisu, both very good. The only thing is our foccacia was a little burnt & therefore tasted like burnt so I wouldn't recommend the foccacia. But overall great atmosphere & the server we had was excellent ☺?

Almost sure my wife forgot her grey jacket (with golden broche) at the tiramisu restaurant. I came back asking for it but never got a followup. Pretty disappointed 😞
Le restaurant est beau & l'ambiance y est assez agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu beaucoup de choix dans le menu lorsque je suis venue il y a une semaine, car ils sont actuellement en train de le retravailler. Toutefois, je tiens surtout, par ce commentaire, à souligner l'excellent service que nous avons reçu de la part de Charlotte. Elle a fait preuve d'une gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme remarquables. Je pense que c'est l'un des meilleurs services que j'ai reçus de ma vie dans un restaurant ! Même si la nourriture n'a pas entièrement été à la hauteur de mes attentes, elle a véritablement rendu mon expérience mémorable, & c'est en grande partie grâce à elle que je reviendrai. Merci encore à Charlotte pour son accueil & son attention hors pair !
An amazing infusion, perfect for a date night out!!! The work on the interior design is just amazing so cozy & open yet so classy & still private! We were totally taken by the truffle pasta!! the best & definetely would going back for more!!
