I've been to Tiramisu several times before however, this latest visit was very disappointing. We were a group of 7, the service was very slow, it took 20 minutes to get our coffees & only half arrived at a time, they were cold. Additionally, our food was very slow at arriving, but understandable I guess since it was busy. The French toast dishes were all missing the syrup & some dishes were cold. Overall just very underwhelming compared to previous experiences here.

La nourriture était excellente!!!
Nous avions entendu parler de votre resto & nous n'avons pas été déçus. La musique était un peu trop forte à notre goût... seul bémol. Le service était très bien!!

I had one glass of water all night. No refill. Our waitress was super lost. She redid our bill 3 times because she was mixing up all the orders. My food was very good but not sure I'll go back because of the lack of service.

Endroit chaleureux! Je me suis assise au bar & les conseils du barman ont étés tout simplement parfait!! Bravo, un restaurant chouchou pour moi maintenant! Il m'apportera également à réserver de nouveau au Hilton juste parce que ce resto est tout simplement parfait! J'ai mangé le tataki, melanzane & 2 sortes de gélatos! Tout était parfait, les saveurs extraordinaires & demandez un cocktail selon vos goûts vous ne serez pas déçu!! Clairement un coup de coeur ♥️

A must try restaurant. Overall the experience I had at Tiramisu restaurant is a five star. The food/service is great as they always greet us with a smile & the drinks are a must try. The portions are reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this place!!

Je suis client depuis le début, je suis triste de voir la qualité de la nourriture être constamment en baisse
Exemple: Melanzane aubergine pas cuit j'ai la 1er partie d'une côté alors que de la peau extérieur & tres peux de chair
Une chance que la sauce tomate reste la meilleur de Montréal
Même chose décevant la Burrata très sèche
Pizza Fromaggi excellente
Service impeccable, sauf le Maitre d'hôtel je crois que c'était le maître d'hôtel attifée tres froid
SVP faite quelque chose un si beau resto que j'aimais ,, maintenant je vais y penser à 2 fois avant d'y aller & suggérer
