We had such a wonderful dining experience while visiting Montreal, & our server Lena was absolutely awesome! She was so warm & welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. What really stood out was how genuine she was-we ended up chatting about so many things, & it felt like catching up with an old friend. Her friendly demeanor added such a special touch to the night. If you're in Montreal, definitely check this place out, & if you're lucky, you'll have Lena taking care of you!
Woooowweeee this was the best authentic Italian I have had in a LONG time. They brought out bread while we waited for our food & it was to DIE for. I ordered the pizza & it's a huge portion & tasted soo so good. Definitely want to come back!!

We dropped in one evening in search of a cocktail after having dinner elsewhere & were taken care of very professionally by mixologist Bianca & her very able assistant Fatim. The old fashioned was perfect & the Alto Amati was delicious, & served with such flair. So we returned the next week to have a meal there too. We sat at the bar & were again dazzled by the Bianca/Fatim team - the food was great too. My buratta pizza was excellent & my date really enjoyed the fettuccini Alfredo.
This was the weirdest ambiance ever could have imagined. The ambiance was good but they had the loudest bumping house music playing like I was at an electric music concert. I didn't understand this at all was the weirdest thing ever in a restaurant. Speakers were in every corner of restaurant it was horrible. The service was horrible we ordered our food & 5 minutes later it was at our table how do you make an entree in 5 minutes it wasn't even hot when it arrived it was like they had premade spaghetti sitting somewhere & they just put it in a pan with sauce to get it warmed up. Terrible all the way around.
I was there with my sales team who had all flown in from different parts of the country. I wanted to split the bill on company cards between myself & a colleague & it took them an hour to figure it out, hiding in the back & not communicating, only to eventually tell us it wasn't possible. Our team ended up leaving & the two of us stayed because of how long it took.

Un bel endroit, une décoration paisible & chaleureuse. Les employés sont aimables. Nous avions tous pris des pizza différentes & des pâtes. & tout était succulent. La pizza cuite au four de bois était excellente, une cuisson parfaite & le fromage était frais. Overall une belle expérience. Je recommande.
Tiamo is a wonderful restaurant! The drinks are excellent, the service is top-notch, & I absolutely love the decor. It's a great atmosphere all around. I highly recommend it!
This restaurant is a nicely decorated where a lot of people come for birthdays. But it is more style than substance. The food & cocktails are average, especially considering the price. The portions are very uneven as well. The pizzas are huge but the pasta plates quite small. The ceasar is nothing special, the bolognese was decent but needed salt. Portion was small. Cannoli was excellent. Cocktail was very light in flavor. If you are 10+ you only get the group menu, which app, plate & dessert for $55. It's is a smaller menu. A very important point for comfort. Because of the wood fired oven, it is very very hot inside the restaurant. Our group had trouble enjoying our meal because of the heat. Needs to be fixed.
Lovely staff & good portions. Sat at the bar & Bianca (bartender) was amazing & friendly. Food got served at a good pace. Music makes a good atmosphere.
Been wanting to try this place for a long time. We reserved a table for 6 on a busy Friday night, & really enjoyed our experience. We got the table right away, sat on the upper floor which is very enjoyable & aesthetically pleasing. There were several waiters per floor which is great when very busy, & there were all kind & helpful. Food was really good, (took & entree & a salad & it was the perfect amount) & the ambiance is chill, people are generally dressed up, we stayed for nearly 3 hours. Desserts are a must!!

All the employees look annoyed & they roll their eyes at you with such contempt. Not only that, they also feel as thought they are entitled to tips, & trust me they will make sure to let you know. Guess what? With their mediocre service, they probably deserve no tip at all. For the discomfort they caused, my friends & I decided we would never go there again. How's that for a tip?
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I came for my birthday last week & this restaurant was an absolute jem. The food is amazing, smallish quantity but that is expected with such a nice restaurant. Nonetheless I left absolutely stuffed. The staff is amazing, I loved our hostess & our waiter Santiago. Definitely will be coming back.
TIAMO Italian Cuisine in Montreal deserves 5 stars for its exceptional service & delightful menu. The customer service was impeccable, with friendly staff ensuring a memorable dining experience. The espresso was rich & aromatic, perfectly complementing the incredible tiramisu, which was light & decadent. The pizza had a perfect crust, & the steak was cooked to perfection, juicy & tender. Their drink selection was excellent, pairing beautifully with the meal. Highly recommend for an authentic Italian dining experience!
