Le système de bracelets et de crédits, complété par une offre de points et de récompenses, attire et divertit, et l'option d'heures illimité est souvent citée comme un bon rapport qualité prix, bien que le coût des crédits puisse rester élevé. Côté restauration, les retours sont mixtes: certains plats et portions sont généreux et corrects, d'autres sont jugés trop salés ou mal équilibrés, et le service peut être lent ou inégal selon les jours. Côté arcades, la variété et le nombre de jeux restent impressionnants, mais certains jeux peuvent être défectueux ou difficiles à gagner et quelques machines manquent ou ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement. Les jeux brisent souvent ; constaté après quelques visites.

Went with my family, spent over 200$ on RecRoom, food, movies & concessions. No toilet paper & no service at the coat check to get our jackets back. Young lady at the desk was calling for help & nobody was coming. Asked to speak to a Manager & a young man named Antoine with a badge identifying him as'Gestionnaire Service Client' came to see me & suggested that I write a review to Cineplex. I asked to speak to the General Manager & was told he would call me. After 2 days, I didn't get a call so I wrote to Cineplex. A man who identified himself as'Derek' called back, questioned me & said that he would look at the cameras & see if there was anything he could do for me, he would contact me. I reiterated that my family & I had spent 200$ that evening & that I had booked an event at RecRoom Scarborough in October for 17 persons & was looking to book again in Montreal for our next conference but Derek didn't seem to give any care at all. Terrible customer service which is a shame because when people spend time & money at your establishment you should, at the very least be courteous & honor minimum customer service standards. Too bad Derek doesn't care.

It's a great arcade! I only recommend to go more during the day in the week if possible though, I've tried to come a few times on weekends & it's insanely crowded. Not the arcades fault! But for a better experience I would aim to come during the week.

Came here at 7:30 for the all you can eat wings & we were told there is a new policy where we need to make reservations. They told us it would take 30 minutes before we got seated. After 25 minutes, we were told that they weren't selling wings anymore. So we waited all this time to not eat anything in the end.

love this place but it's strange that the restaurant hours aren't anywhere to be found & when you try to call you get sent straight to an answering machine… I arrived early & was told the restaurant doesn't open until 6 by the host but that's absolutely no where to be found.

This place could be better …

No ambiance of the game

Food was burnt & others that adding fancy stuff it was really bland & my chicken wings was overcooked & didnt want to ask for another one

Waiter even forced us to pay 18%

Lol what a weak move on his part

It might be a high end place but the quality & service was nowhere near the 18% tip that was automatically included in our bill.

Might be a scam but just wanted to let yall nnow about it

But the kids had fun with the arcades

Alot of choices but no intial d

Bummer lol

Id come back for the arcades but never for the food

I dont recommend this unless they improve

We celebrated our son's birthday at Rec Room & had a great experience. The place was clean, well organized, safe & perfect for kids. The staff were friendly & very helpful, making everything easy for us. Our son had an amazing time-highly recommend!

Their food is disgusting. I ordered the chicken tenders for my children & it was raw chicken. It was not cooked. The calamari tested like cardboard! I was too disgusted to continue eating my chicken burger as i was worried that it will be undercooked. It was a waste of 113$ chicken wings were good but meh not worth the vibe. However, the arcade zone was amazing, lots of fun!!

The experience was disappointing from the start. We waited over 30 minutes just to receive water, & the information provided about the all-you-can-eat wings was inconsistent & confusing. One person in our group did not want wings but was still required to participate, which meant we were unable to order from the regular menu.

What made the situation more frustrating was seeing a large table nearby with the same all-you-can-eat option, where some guests were still allowed to order from the regular menu. This inconsistency made the policy unclear & unfair.

Additionally, we were informed that last call would be at 10:30, yet we were asked to place our final order at 9:40. Shortly after, the waitress returned to say we could order more, which was contradictory & unprofessional. It gave the impression that we were being rushed to leave, despite the restaurant not being busy. The waitress also repeatedly came to our table asking if we were finished, even though we were clearly still eating, which added to the pressure.

While the service was not entirely poor, it lacked organization & clear communication. Overall, the experience could have been much better, & I would not return.

We went for the all you could eat wings.. 2 of us got there before our group of 14 arrived..
The restaurant was quiet, not busy at all.. It took approx 10minutes for a host to even greet us.. Then we were seated & took another 15minutes to flag down to manager to ask if we could order a drink.. The manager spoke to the waitress who took another 15minutes to come & take our drinks.. Our party then arrived.. We did the all you could eat wings. We were allowed to order 1 set of 12 wings & then by 6's.. it took them almost 2 hours to serve me 12 wings & then another 6 wings.. was impossible to take advantage of all you can eat wings.. Worst service ever & I would never go back!
Instead of helping the staff, the manager just walked around delegating & doing absolutely nothing!
Worst experience ever in a restaurant. All 14 of us said the same thing, we will never go back or waste out time & money!! & it wasn't cheap..

Nôtres 4iem visites (Février 2026) & arrêt au restaurant !
Restaurant : Bon !
Portion correct.
Service rapide.
Belle vaisselle.
Ambiance sportive.
Choix intéressent de menus & alcools.
Dispendieuxe comme tout au RoyalMount 16-29$ le plats.

Nouvelle arcade Nouvelle disposition😀
Le choix & le coût d'échange des ticket gagné par contre est ordinaire & limité meme avec 2400 tickets gagné !

Mise à part nous avons eu du plaisir avant & après nôtres film😊
Nôtres troisième visite depuis son ouverture.

Les petits détails techniques lors de l'ouverture ont été corrigé !

Bon choix de jeux & une bonne quantité de jeux. Quelques une défectueuse ou des balles manquante.

Le magasin récompense (pour les ticket gagné) est intéressant & le choix variés.

Malgré le fait que le prix des crédits est dispendieux il reste une des meilleures place de divertissement que je connaisse dans la région de Montréal.

Love going here! It's a cool arcade for the kids. Just be careful with the machines, they sometimes charge you & the game doesn't load, so you have to go to the tickets kiosk & tell them, they will reload your bracelet :)) they have some VR games too which is cool. Nice place for kids, adults too if that's your thing 😍

Really good food! Price & quality were amazing. Also the waiter, I think his name is Jorge, what a great guy. Best waiter I've had in ages!

It was verry clean & fun so many great arcade games food was good & good prices. The service was good the only problem was the kids hot dogs are verry big not verry child proof.

Avoid live events. They hire disappointing hosts.

For trivia, the guy:
- handed prizes out to whoever he wanted without asking questions,
- selectively gave specific tables the chance to answer questions (preventing others from participating)
- tossed small trinkets (that we couldn't choose) to the other tables without saying a word to acknowledge them,
- set prizes aside for his friends
- kept some prizes for himself; some were never even on display
- he got lazy, drew out full boxes of prizes.
- Too invested in the game that he was barely present as a host. He also left the premises for part of the time (taking his coat off & sitting by the bar).
-> At that point, why bother hiring someone for trivia? Just ask the staff to do a raffle; it would have been more fair & less distracting/unfair.
-They should find a new host for their events altogether. I wouldn't go to any more events if they kept this host.

DJs: you have to wonder if they hire from the same family. Their DJs can't read a room if multiple tables just get up, & nobody who stayed dances, there's room for insight.

Food is pretty good. I wish they would bring back daily deals.
