J'adore l'ambiance 10/10❤? Le bol au Saumon était excellent, les saveurs étaient la! Grosse portion ( pour moi) Cependant, les Nachos, c'est ridicule. À peine de salsa & Guamole. C'était sec, à vrai dire, 21$ pour des croustilles?! Le dessert 🍨 manquait un peu beaucoup d'amour ( manque de coulis au chocolat) Les drinks sont excellents. Le service manquait un peu d'attention, selon moi! Belle soirée, remplie de toutou 🧸!
J'ai adorer mon experience le restau est une belle decouverte pate au saumon & crevette setait trop bon , aile de poulet les meilleurs j'ai manger 🥰 , & le drink anana noix de coco rien dire delicieux le 2e plat steak crevette 😋 tres bon & la cuisson parfait . Belle decouverte
Honestly a great place lots of fun decent food good drinks at the bar good place to let your kids have a blast while watching a sports venue. But damn the arcades are ridiculously expensive. I usually don't complain about prices but it cost me 300$ in arcade money it's ridiculous!!!!!! Make the arcades affordable & the grown ups will spend on food & drinks & everyone is happy

We had a great time for my daughter's birthday party. Kids loved playing all games & shopping. We as parents, just sit & eat & drink! $$$ was not bad at all. We had a birthday package deal!
The Rec Room Royalmount is located very convenient location for both Metro & car users! Simply eat, drink, & have a lot of fun, then go home with Metro! You don't have to drive to the bunny-land, West-Island, to have birthday party anymore.
We went for the all you could eat wings.. 2 of us got there before our group of 14 arrived..
The restaurant was quiet, not busy at all.. It took approx 10minutes for a host to even greet us.. Then we were seated & took another 15minutes to flag down to manager to ask if we could order a drink.. The manager spoke to the waitress who took another 15minutes to come & take our drinks.. Our party then arrived.. We did the all you could eat wings. We were allowed to order 1 set of 12 wings & then by 6's.. it took them almost 2 hours to serve me 12 wings & then another 6 wings.. was impossible to take advantage of all you can eat wings.. Worst service ever & I would never go back!
Instead of helping the staff, the manager just walked around delegating & doing absolutely nothing!
Worst experience ever in a restaurant. All 14 of us said the same thing, we will never go back or waste out time & money!! & it wasn't cheap..
I had to wait 20 mins just to order, even tho there was no one else in line, the bartenders were making drinks for 20 mins straight without even bothering to serve their guests. I normally am not one to make complains as I also work in customer services, but honestly the rec room has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The employees are not welcoming , didn't bother serving me. I had to wait 30 mins for my food, which ended up being cold. That was on a visit on a dead day. Honestly this place deserves to be shut down. The games are not even good.
We recently hosted our son's birthday party at The Rec Room, & it was a massive success. The kids' party package is incredibly well-designed. Each child received a game bracelet with plenty of points, which kept them entertained for hours.
I was especially impressed with the food; even though it was from the kids' menu, the portions were generous-all the kids were full, & we even had leftovers! The popcorn & drinks were a great touch as well. We ordered from the regular menu for the adults, & everything was delicious. We ended the day by heading to the Cineplex upstairs for a movie. It was the perfect, stress-free birthday celebration. Highly recommend!
Horrible management, under staffed & very inexpensive waiters. We came for the all you can eat wings but I ended up only getting 24 wings after 2 hours... since you start with 12 wings & can only order 6 wings at a time afterwards. It also took about 50mins to get our first round of drinks & half of the wings were cold to the touch when we got them. Side note, alot of the tables that were empty still had food on them that wasnt cleaned up from the previous people... what a dissapointment.
I ordered all you can eat wings with my group. It took alot of time to get the first plate of wings, as well as for the second & third plates. On our third plates, the chicken wings were cold right upon receiving them, which made us lose our appetite. Our drinks also came late & we had to ask staff to remind them. Service was not timely overall & the food quality was low.
If you have ever wondered what it feels like to wait 20 minutes for a glass of diet coke, you should try the new restaurant that has the 2 pool tables at the rec room. The food itself wasn't bad, but the service was very very bad. My food got cold before I got my drink. Which eventually took 3 seconds to make.
