It's a great arcade! I only recommend to go more during the day in the week if possible though, I've tried to come a few times on weekends & it's insanely crowded. Not the arcades fault! But for a better experience I would aim to come during the week.

Their food is disgusting. I ordered the chicken tenders for my children & it was raw chicken. It was not cooked. The calamari tested like cardboard! I was too disgusted to continue eating my chicken burger as i was worried that it will be undercooked. It was a waste of 113$ chicken wings were good but meh not worth the vibe. However, the arcade zone was amazing, lots of fun!!
Love going here! It's a cool arcade for the kids. Just be careful with the machines, they sometimes charge you & the game doesn't load, so you have to go to the tickets kiosk & tell them, they will reload your bracelet :)) they have some VR games too which is cool. Nice place for kids, adults too if that's your thing 😍

Bon choix de jeux & une bonne quantité de jeux. Quelques une défectueuse ou des balles manquante.
Le magasin récompense (pour les ticket gagné) est intéressant & le choix variés.
Malgré le fait que le prix des crédits est dispendieux il reste une des meilleures place de divertissement que je connaisse dans la région de Montréal.
It was verry clean & fun so many great arcade games food was good & good prices. The service was good the only problem was the kids hot dogs are verry big not verry child proof.

It's the best arcade in Montreal because it's big & they have so many options of games & the offer of 40$ fro 3 hours unlimited is very affordable so I recommend you to go
We went there for their new year event, & honnestly it was amazing! We had access to a small but nice dessert open bar. Also were given a beer & at midnight a glass of bubles.
We had an amazing time waiting for midnight while playing a bunch of different arcades (which were included in the ticket price)
Finally, what I'll probably remember the most, was the magician, seing incredible magic tricks right in front of you was mesmerising.
Overall a great experience!
We were seated by the front staff whom was at the podium & we sat for nearly 20 minutes & our server never arrived, no greeting, no water, nothing. (I waved at a worker & they said that our server was coming). Never knew if our server was going to arrive at all we did not stay to find out.
The place (the restaurant section in particular) has so much potential it is unfortunate. Maybe it will improve in a few years time

Food needs to improve big time. Sesame noodles lacking flavour. Nachos was quite lacking as well (chicken & the pork) Maybe will just try the pizza next time. Everything else was underwhelming the guy enjoyed his chicken though.

There were not many arcade games available, & several of the ones that were there were not functional. We also expected to eat on-site, as there are two restaurant options; however, one was closed for a private event & the other had already closed. There was no signage or notice advising that the restaurants were unavailable.
We purchased a 4-hour unlimited gameplay card with the plan to play, then eat, & finally see a movie. Instead, we were forced to leave the mall to find food elsewhere & then return for the movie, which completely disrupted our plans.
Overall, the lack of communication & unavailable amenities made this a very disappointing experience.
Food here is terrible. Frozen burger patties, salad with no dressing, fries overcooked, & raw chicken wings. We asked the waitress to cook our chicken wings a little more & she gave us attitude. She went in the kitchen & came back out saying the cook said its normal that its red inside & its because the way they killed the chicken & the veins are red… wait staff & cooks should not say stuff like that. You can see the picture that its completely red inside & its unappetizing. They eventually changed it but with a lot of attitude. Arcades are great but they need a better cook & a floor manager that knows what to do.
I went to The Rec Room recently - the arcade itself was fun & the floor staff were friendly & helpful. The games worked well & the overall vibe was good.
Unfortunately, the bar service was really disappointing. It was slow, disorganized, & the bartenders didn't seem interested in helping customers. It took way too long to get a drink, & when I finally did, the service felt rushed & unprofessional.
It's a shame because the rest of the place has great potential. If they could improve the bar service, it would make a big difference in the overall experience.
To loud when there is a live band playing. They do lots of special days for coins & food. Friendly staff & we liked the dissenfecting sheet canisters locations across the floor. Lots of arcade selection.

Beaucoup plus de variété de jeux pour gagner des tickets de récompenses.
Beaucoup moins chers aussi que d'autres arcades au Centre-ville: ici 50$ pour 365 crédits de jeux vs 230 crédits ailleurs & le même jeu coûte moins cher aussi, exemple 5 crédits au lieu de 9.
Beaucoup de choix de récompenses aussi, surtout des bonbons!
Seul défaut, il faut payer 3$ non remboursable pour la carte de jeu!
Correct MAIS ce que le vendeur m'a vendu ne correspondait pas à ma demande. Je suis venu pour faire un billard, & je me suis retrouvée avec un pass illimité ARCADE, donc pas de billard. Le service client à l'accueil est à revoir.
Fun place, lot of arcades compared to many place, wish there was even more games or different one, good place to hang out with friend after or before watching a movie!
Arcade itself is great, but the restaurant staff literally ran away to hide in the back to not serve our table.
We were a group of 6, hostess sat us down, gave us the menu & left. After 10 minutes of nobody coming to see us, we go see the hostess & ask if we could order, she says'okay wait' & takes her stuff & goes to the back, ASSUMINGLY getting a waiter to take our order. Time passes by & slowly all the floor staff gather all to the back & hide. Only the bar tender comes out from time to time as he had clients at his bar. At some point another floor staff comes out so we go see him & ask if we could order, he replies'let me try to find someone for you' then dissapears into the back again. Another 10 minute passes & we decide to go see the bartender to ask if we could order, he also replies'let me try to go find someone', then goes to the back where we can clearly see him try to convince someone to come serve our table, which nobody does. He then comes back & says'sorry nobody is available at the moment, i guess I can take your order'. From there we decide to leave as clearly nobody wanted to do their job. After we left & continued playing in the arcade, we saw 1 staff member poking their head out of their back area & comes out with the rest of the staff. Clearly everybody was hiding to not work, we could see them gathered behind the frosted window doing nothing.
At the time of our arrival there was 5 people at the bar & 1 table on the floor. The entire staff was on the floor just chatting, then all dissapeared to the back as soon as they saw a new table.
Terrible, I hope management finds a better, more competent team who isn't lazy & undeserving of their jobs.
