I had to wait 20 mins just to order, even tho there was no one else in line, the bartenders were making drinks for 20 mins straight without even bothering to serve their guests. I normally am not one to make complains as I also work in customer services, but honestly the rec room has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The employees are not welcoming , didn't bother serving me. I had to wait 30 mins for my food, which ended up being cold. That was on a visit on a dead day. Honestly this place deserves to be shut down. The games are not even good.

I've been at this location twice. First time was good service, quick & great waitress at the bar. Second time I went, service was terrible, the host'sit anywhere you want' but never notified our waitress. We had to ask someone else for our waitress just for the menu. The hostess look like she didn't care. The restaurant was barely busy. Finally got our waitress. Food took a while but it was good. The fact we had to ask around who is our waitress after 10+ minutes of waiting was ridiculous. For a spot that is less than 3 years old, you would expect better hosts. Food was good, atmosphere was good.

Ambient was good food was just terrible, overly salty every plate had a defect, not errors just bad tasting. Even the coffee tasted like burnt rubbe

Went with a group for a friend's birthday. Service staff was very nice, even when there's a lot of ppl. Great selection of games for a good price, could have a better selection of'trinkets' to win. Overall had a lot of fun & will come back.

An inappropriate lady employee for the reception said that all the places are reserved despite seeing a number of empty tables for more than two hours, in addition to the filth of the restaurant is zero star 🤮

The food in the restaurant was very good! We went with low expectations for the comments, but the truth is that the Rec Room hamburgers were very delicious. VR's games were the best, also the dart game was good activity to do in friends, we were 3 adults & spent more than 3 hours in the games, it was great. I recommend!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir en famille. Petit conseil, demander pour le forfait de 3 heures illimité au lieu d'acheter des crédits! Car les points accumulés servent qu'à acheter des bebelles ordinaire & inutile!

It's the best arcade in Montreal because it's big & they have so many options of games & the offer of 40$ fro 3 hours unlimited is very affordable so I recommend you to go

Perfect Birthday Venue for Kids & Adults!

We recently hosted our son's birthday party at The Rec Room, & it was a massive success. The kids' party package is incredibly well-designed. Each child received a game bracelet with plenty of points, which kept them entertained for hours.
I was especially impressed with the food; even though it was from the kids' menu, the portions were generous-all the kids were full, & we even had leftovers! The popcorn & drinks were a great touch as well. We ordered from the regular menu for the adults, & everything was delicious. We ended the day by heading to the Cineplex upstairs for a movie. It was the perfect, stress-free birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Fun place for entertainment, with many games. Multiple games however had non-function multiplayer control, would've been better to have them fixed. One of the two restaurants was also closed early, making the only restaurant busier (longer waiting times).

J'ai reçu un service absolument remarquable de la part de Gloire & le manager chez RecRoom. Nous avions eu une erreur à la caisse, mais ils ont été extrêmement gentils & compréhensifs. Ils ont vraiment pris le temps de régler la situation avec patience & professionnalisme.

Honnêtement, j'ai reçu le meilleur service à RecRoom & je recommande ce lieu à 100 %. Les jeux vidéo étaient excellents, les récompenses aussi, & l'ambiance générale était super agréable.

Un grand merci à Gloire pour son accueil chaleureux dès le début & pour son aide. Merci également au manager pour sa patience & sa compréhension. J'ai vraiment apprécié leur service.

We went there for their new year event, & honnestly it was amazing! We had access to a small but nice dessert open bar. Also were given a beer & at midnight a glass of bubles.
We had an amazing time waiting for midnight while playing a bunch of different arcades (which were included in the ticket price)
Finally, what I'll probably remember the most, was the magician, seing incredible magic tricks right in front of you was mesmerising.
Overall a great experience!
