Review Summary

Guests describe The Grotto Speakeasy as a stylish, immersive experience with a password entry, a hidden door, and a moody intimate vibe. The atmosphere features neon lighting, cozy seating, foggy or smoky ambiance, and small table games, creating a memorable speakeasy feel. Cocktails are frequently praised for quality and originality, served in beautiful glassware, with some standout options recommended, while a few find the pricing steep. The food is noted as fresh and flavorful, with several dishes highlighted as well prepared, though opinions on overall value vary. Service is commonly described as professional and attentive, with staff on top of things and a warm welcome. Some reviews mention the live music, which can be a bit loud and hinder casual conversation. Entry and reservations are mixed in people's experiences: the venue reportedly does not take reservations, and the Instagram password/entry process is described as marketing-driven and less welcoming to first-time visitors. Overall, The Grotto Speakeasy leaves a strong impression for ambiance and cocktails, though some guests feel the experience could be improved by toning down entrance logistics and price concerns.

Finding & getting into the speakeasy was fun & the atmosphere overall had neon lights & an intimate vibe with couches. There was live music spinning but it was a tad too loud & it made casual conversation difficult, but the cocktails were great. It has a good concept but just needs a few things adjusted to be 100%.

The concept is absolutely amazing. They have created a genuine vibe. It has become a buzzworthy spot so patience is required because it packs up quick & early. The wait was pretty reasonable & we to wait indoors.
