About

Tapi Go! specializes in the authentic preparation of Brazilian tapioca crepes, a traditional gluten-free delicacy made from cassava starch. The menu features a diverse selection of savory fillings like seasoned shredded chicken, hearts of palm, and melted mozzarella, alongside sweet variations incorporating condensed milk, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit. Each crepe is cooked to order on a flat griddle, ensuring a crisp exterior and a warm, chewy texture. Beyond the signature tapioca, the beverage program highlights authentic Brazilian beverages including freshly blended fruit juices and traditional coffee preparations. The counter-service environment emphasizes efficiency and culinary focus, prioritizing the direct delivery of distinct tropical flavors to every patron. This establishment maintains a commitment to accessible, ingredient-focused snacks that reflect the foundational staples of Brazilian street food culture.

Small cute place. We got the peanut butter smoothy & some of the cheese balls. They were all super delicious.
