At T'ami Restaurant, authentic Vietnamese flavors are celebrated across a wide menu featuring pho, banh xeo, bun cha Hanoi and banh cuon with generous portions and dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is typically friendly and attentive, with a BYOB option and good value for portions. While busy nights can bring longer waits and occasional hiccups, the overall feedback highlights bold flavors, thoughtful presentation and the variety that invites repeat visits. Standout items like crab imperial rolls, egg coffee and a range of traditional specialties make T'ami a standout in Montreal.
We ordered in & started with the wonton soup, which was absolutely delicious & easily my favorite part of the meal. My husband really enjoyed it too. He also had the vegetarian imperial rolls & was a big fan.
We shared the Banh Hoi Thit Nuong (grilled pork), a go-to for me when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine, & the grilled beef with rice. Both meats had a nice grilled char flavor that we appreciated.
That said, I was expecting a little more overall based on the reviews & photos. It also felt a little overpriced for what it was. Still, everything was pretty good. We'd definitely order the soup again, possibly even visit in person just for that.
La meilleure Pho de toute Montréal fait de boeuf Angus AAA. Je recommande d'essayer la Pho Boeuf Sauté t'ami qui a encore plus de saveurs. Les autres plats traditionnels sont servis sur plats de services tressés. La présentation est soigneusement faite & les portions généreuses. Café aux oeufs & café glacé sont délicieux.
J'adore ce restaurant ou l'on se sent accueilli comme chez soi!

Belle soirée ! Découverte c'était ma première fois ! Belle ambiance pas trop bruyant même si le restaurant était pleins & ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécier ne pas se faire bousculer pour quitter & laisser la place pour d'autres personnes .plusieurs restos alloue un temps & nous devons quitter aussitôt terminé pas a ce resto !!

Authentic Vietnamese food. One of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Montréal. We tried ph?, bún ??u m?m tôm, c?m chiên, ph? xào, bánh tôm & everything was good. Definitely try their chè too, chè 3 màu & chè 5 màu are both delicious. We'll definitely come back if we're ever back in Montréal. For dinner, reservation is recommended since it can get busy.
Ordered the General Tao at lunch. Had to return it the first time as it was not hot enough. The second time around, a disappointment. As a rule you cannot go wrong with this dish. It was dry & lacking flavour. So disappointing as this place is usually good & it was a full house for lunch. Not sure I can go back to give them a'second' chance'. Don't order the general Tao.
Went with a friend I'd travelled to Vietnam with… food exactly as we had over there & haven't properly been able to locate here. & dishes beyond the standard Viet resto offerings of pho, spring rolls & grilled proteins.
