I left a 1 star reviews. However I tried it again last week & was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I really enjoyed the pizza, the dough & ingredients are very fresh. Very authentic restaurant. Glad I tried it again & I will be going back. Thank you !
D'habitude je me déplace à Montréal pour manger de la pizza al taglio (j'adore san gennaro & segreta), mais je suis trop contente d'avoir trouvé ce spot pas trop loin de chez moi à Laval!
Je suis venue un dimanche midi, la croûte est super bonne (genre wow!!) & les ingrédients hyper frais (j'ai pris la Italiana).
J'ai également goûté à leur arancini. Le fromage était fondant & le riz bien cuit.
Le proprio (?) est sympathique & parle français, anglais & italien ☺?
Je vais devoir revenir avec ma famille la prochaine fois pour goûter d'autres saveurs 😌
Sorry but this place had much better pizza in the past it's my 3rd time in a month hoping it would get better but not happening I will never go back again seems that they're reheating yesterday's leftovers 5 different flavours all dry lacking ingredients spent 32$ for leftovers I could have made cheese nachos at home for a fraction of the price that would've been a better choice
Great pizza Al taglio in Laval. Not your typical pizza. This is a focaccia style that is thicker & fluffier than the typical pizza. All ingredients are fresh & quality & you can choose from many different types. Definitely worth the trip if you want a more authentic Italian (Roman) experience.

finally went to try the pizza everyone is raving about. one word to describe the pizza. fantastic. the crust is so light & toppings are generous. you can tell they use the freshest ingredients. i took home a nutella stuffed donut. nothing is better than a homemade italian style donut. I will go back often.

I have eaten pizza all over the world. The only ''pizza al taglio'' (pizza by the slice) outside of Italy that I have eaten that reminds me of authentic Italian pizza is at TAGLIO DI ROMA in Laval. Fernando perfected his trade at the ''Accademia Pizzaioli'' in Italy, where making pizza is an art. He has brought that experience & artistic touch to Montreal. He uses quality ingredients from Italy including the best flour. &, he makes the dough rise 72 hours which makes it extremely light & digestive. There are other secrets behind these 20+ great pizzas on the menu which are Fernando's special oils & his special touch. This sets Taglio di Roma apart from the rest. From the first time I walked in his wife ANNIE made me & my family feel like a member of their family. TAGLIO DI ROMA is 5 star.
