I have gone there 6 times in less than 2 months & spent over $250 ea visit. The sushi is amazing, variety is great, & each bite is an adventure. The experience is overshadowed, every time, by the terrible attitude of the young girl at reception girl with glasses. She is unable to adequately assess & assign proper seating to ANYONE. She ALWAYS tries to squeeze uncomfortably many people into the small 4 people booths. When asked to be placed in a proper setting, she gives attitude & mocks the table & clients with her colleagues, to the point of discomfort throughout the meal. Only to be imposed a 15% tip, despite her disrespecting people prior to the beginning of the meal & the entire meal. She & her colleagues make clients feel uneasy & wondering,'did they spit in my food'. On my 6 visits, she had to reseat as many as 4 tables for the same reasons each time. I, myself, complained 6 times for the same, to no avail. My last visit, I not only accepted the 15% tip, I paid more, 22%, to give myself the right to speak my mind to an undeserving waitress that was sent as bait to deliver the bill. Let's see if that antisocial behavior keeps happening or will she learn some well needed social skills before she gets a taste of her own medicine on the next visit & asked to pay the clients for improper service. It's employees like this that kill a good business !

We tried this AYCE after hearing about it through other friends. We waited at the door for 10 mins before anyone even saw us & sat us down even tho there were multiple tables empty. It wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Some of the sushi's were just not good tbh & we weren't too impressed with the options of sushi's either. We ordered soups that were actually cold. The dinner menu is better than some other AYCE but if you're going to specifically for sushi I don't know about that. I wouldn't go back again honestly because I've had much better AYCE. The price is fair. We had to constantly call back one of our waiter for multiple things that he would forget.View more

For an all you can eat sushi, the sushi & price is fair. The sushi is served pretty fast when you first order but they do take a long time to bring the rest. The plates were dirty & the way they serve the ice cream is terrible, they bring all ice cream flavors in one big bowl & you have to serve yourself. The spoons took a while to get so the ice cream was a bit melted by the time we each got our piece. The servers were friendly but I think the time & day we went was too busy & the service was not good.View more

Haven't been to a sushi place in Montreal in a while. Overall the food was good for an all you can eat place & service was fast. Maybe it's because I haven't been in a while but the price was a bit steep (109 for two with a drink & service charge included). Otherwise, good spot to eat. Parking was a pain but can't fault them for that one.View more
The food was not fresh. The sashimi was unfortunately not cleaned properly. All the items arrived at random order (our appetizers arrived way after we had gotten our sushi & eaten it) & same happened with the dessert on our last round of orders. The atmosphere was very loud. Unfortunately we did not like this restaurant. Kanda is better.View more

We honestly were disappointed with the restaurant experience. Coming in as a group of 10, we had to get up 3 times to get service... & that's just to get us started with the orders. Ordering on an app is certainly not pleasant, especially that the app wasn't working properly, & without any information provided initially. What a mess. Then we had to remind the servers again & again about missing orders we had put in. Only by the end of the evening did we get good service as more than half of the people in the restaurant had gone. We were also disappointed that there were no other options besides the $42 all you can eat. Some people do have limited budget & so that forced people to this only option. We were never told before-hand. On the other hand, those who ate the sushi enjoyed their meal. On our end, it will not be a come back place.View more

The food was good but nothing to rave about, anything other & the sushi was mediocre. the service is ok, yes its fast but no one checks on you or asks you you need anything, apon paying i left a 10% tip because i wasnt served properly to my standards & i ordered off my phone. the waitress was rude & told me that a 10% tip is not acceptable & that i shouldve left more considering the service i received. what service? dropping off food & taking away plates. Her turning around & basically shaming for the tip ruined the whole night & left me speechless. Maybe this placed used to be good? We went for supper & were the only 1 out of 3 tables there. The food was coming out really fast. A little fast. It was obvious that many of the dishes had been pre cooked & warmed to order. Nothing was fresh at all. Their sushi was mediocre. The sashimi was good however. Otherwise the staff are very nice. It's a shame the food was subpar however. Especially when you're paying 50$/person.View more
